As 3 adults and a child, we found sofa and one cosy chair was not enough to relax in the evening. Again I would say two single beds for children is ideal but one adult had to sleep in a single bed and with the foot bar across the bottom made sleeping difficult.

Beautiful, well maintained cottage with a friendly host who dealt with an issue quickly and smoothly even though she was out of the country and on holiday herself. The views out of the main bedroom window were lovely and we loved waking up to the view each morning. Thanks Julie for a lovely stay.

Low ceiling coming out of the kitchen into the lounge. The kitchen was up two steps so anyone over 5’6 is at risk of banging their head coming back out, unless they bow down which was ok for me and my daughter, but my husband had two bad knocks the first two days of our stay which was a real shame as that was really the only negative about the place which on the whole was fantastic in every other way.

Beautifully presented cottage on the sea front with an enclosed patio and garden space at the back with seating. Tasteful decor. Parking space in front of the cottage which given its sea front location was great. Very close to shops, cafe / bars and restaurants which were walkable so the car wasn’t needed to go out for dinner.

Beautiful cottage, very clean and well presented, helpful host and beautiful surrounding area - right next to the beach! You can see the ocean out of the windows, it really is spectacular.

Beautiful cottage in a smashing location right in the seafront. Clean and tidy, the crockery, cutlery and kitchen were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms and bathroom were the same and the lounge was comfortable and welcoming.

A very minor ‘didn’t like’, but the driveway doesn’t have a dropped curb so not easy getting on and off with the busy road out front and the garden table and chairs could do with renewing.

Welcome Welsh treats, a nice personal touch. The location is fabulous right on the bay with easy access to the beach, which is dog friendly.

Excellent cottage to stay in. Very clean, well equipped and furnished to a very good standard. It was nice and warm and the settees and bed were very comfortable. Nice to have off-road parking at the front and an enclosed patio and garden at the rear of the cottage. Very safe for our dog. Very quiet in spite of the fairly close proximity to the coast road. Sandy beach and promenade just across the road. Plenty of shops and food establishments close by.

The driveway doesn’t have a ramp making access and egress tricky. Very finicky waste recycling system - not caused by the owner of course. Stairs to bedrooms on first floor are steep and narrow. Makes moving luggage a challenge

A lovely cottage right on the beach at Rhos on Sea. Super close to the village with its cafes; restaurants and supermarket. It was great to have off street parking. Downstairs is comfortable. Nice seating area to relax and fully equipped kitchen. Julie was very responsive and provided helpful local hints. The house is warm and quiet. Being right on the beach is great - even in winter.

Hot water was a bit hit and miss. The owners did try to help and there was a bit of improvement. They were very quick to respond. They need a dropped kerb at the front to get in and out of the drive. The owner tells me this is in the pipeline with the council. It will be great when that's done.

Spotlessly clean. Nice quality bedding and towels. Lovely welsh welcome pack. Excellent location. Good communication with the owners. Excellent facilities. Decent WiFi and a good size TV. Perfect for when you've been out all day exploring.

Beautiful cottage in a fabulous location, directly opposite a gorgeous beach. The Promenade is being improved and will be fabulous once completed. The cottage is next to a pub and cafe, with other cafes, restaurants, shops along the road. The cottage itself was clean, with all modern amenities, all basics were provided, tea, coffee, milk, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, coffee machine pods, dishcloths, all towels, toilet rolls, hand wash etc A fabulous treat tray was also left for us. Host was great keeping us updated and on hand if we needed anything. Highly recommended.

The buzzing noise from the coffee van over the road during the day. The ceiling to enter the kitchen is low and you need to mind your head if you are tall. There a few steep steps down to the cottage.

The welcome pack was appreciated and a request for plant milk was kindly met. The cottage is very clean and across the road from the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Communication about works being carried out on the promenade, but the works are obviously beyond the host’s control.

Positioned right on the promenade it was east to park, convenient for the beach and well connected to the road network too. The cottage is lovely inside and out, clean, comfortable and very pleasantly decorated.
