There honestly was nothing I did not like!

It was spotlessly clean, welcoming and had a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast room is beautifully set up and thought has been put into the layout of the breakfast set up- with all tastes and needs met. Simona and her husband were the perfect amount of helpful and talkative, while giving us time to Enjoy the guest house. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything we could need. Simona was on hand very quickly if we needed anything. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, traditional guest house. Comfortable, inviting and a great base for a weekend in the lakes. The house is immaculate, beautifully maintained and restored with original features. Fully booked but quiet, like you had the place to yourselves. A real gem. The owners were wonderful people, attentive and accommodating.

The location was perfect for access into the centre of Windermere. Parking was available onsite. The property was clean and well maintained as was our room which was also bright and airy.

Was told when booking breakfast included but hot breakfast wasn't which was disappointing as not an inexpensive place to stay, the add on would have cost us an additional £120

Honestly found nothing to criticise.

The staff were friendly, and approachable, very helpful about what was happening in the area. The Hotel and room were very clean. The bathroom was stocked with full size shampoo, hand soap and hand lotion. Rather than "holiday" size versions. Coffee machine for tea and coffee etc in the room. Lots of options. Good size breakfast both continental, and fry up. and various others. Breakfast also included , good gluten free options. Fan and heater available in the room. A very nice quiet garden, for relaxing in. On site parking, so no having to find a place to leave the car at night whilst in the hotel. 2 minutes walk to Windermere centre. All in all a very good holiday location.

great staff and a wonderful room loved our little weekend away here. the cooked breakfast was excellent and its only 5 minutes walk to lots of restaurants where we was also given discounts because of our stay here. the guest house is very clean. but need to add there is no pool or health facilities at this hotel. I myself misunderstanding that there my off been a pool or something but its all located about a 20 minute walk away where you can get free access.

Thr housts were absolutely great, always happy to help you and give lots of advice on all in the area,this place is amazing and it's spotless,it's a really quite place, I will definitely be returning and I would recommend to anyone and you won't be disappointed 100%

Nothing, you honestly couldn't fault it!

The house was lovely, the staff amazing! Honestly such a lovely addition to our honeymoon! The added bonus of access to the spa facilities was an amazing touch!
