Tiny problem with extractor fan in bathroom... attached to an outside wall and making a clattering noise periodically due to the wind - which was pretty much non-stop!

The hotel is over three floors but there is no lift - this is stated in the hotel info but be aware! Food selection at breakfast was a little limited - no fish available for breakfast - and most days at least one item was not available eg no steak one evening, no yoghurt one morning. Car parking is a bit limited - we managed to find a space each day but others did not. These are more annoyances than major defects - we would go back again.

The Beechcroft is a comfortable hotel situated right next to the sea. We had a sea view room and you can easily hear the sea. The staff are friendly and efficient. The swimming pool (just a pool, no sauna etc) operates on a booking system where you have a 30 minutes private session which was very good to relax in at the end of a long day. There are several cafes/restaurants a short walk from the hotel and the delights of Bognor are about 15 minutes walk away. Food quality in the hotel restaurant was good and well presented.

Friendly staff with a lovely sea side hotel feel. Great for us oldsters, fun for families and a great place for groups to meet. I'm sure lone travellers would soon find someone to talk to if they wished. The atmosphere was relaxed and cosy

Steep narrow stairs to top floor.. There are no facilities to dry swimming costumes. They lie around wet in bedrooms. It's a must you fit a spin dryer in the pool. It would not be difficult or too expensive.

The location is perfect! Right on the seafront. The rooms are lovely. The staff are super friendly & go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They were brilliant with our children too. The breakfast was delicious!

It’s a little tired and dated but clean and comfortable. Expensive for what it is but the location makes up for it.

Fabulous location, be sure to get a room with a sea view! Coffee on the terrace was lovely and the staff are all excellent, friendly and welcoming.

Slightly softer pillows.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and happy to advise on places of interest and travel plans. We cannot rate them highly enough! Our room was very clean, well equipped, and the restaurant and beach bar excellent. The hotel is in a quiet area with easy walks in both directions. Would like to return.

This is a little gem of a hotel! Its position on the beach is amazing. We had a sea view room and small balcony it was perfect ! The little outdoor bar was so appealing! Breakfast was lovely. Staff excellent! We will be back for sure.

It would have been nice to have some cushions for the outdoor seating - the wooden chairs were pretty uncomfortable after a while. Our toilet broke during the night - not anyone's fault - but not ideal.
