We backed on to some neighbours gardens at the back of the “Apartment “ one of the neighbours dog yapped at 6:30 am both mornings of our stay so there wasn’t much chance of sleeping in. I would imagine it would have been different on the riverside.

Such a beautiful location and extremely private. And only a 15 minutes walk from the town. The complimentary boat ride in the morning to save the walk was fantastic with great views along the way.

Everything was perfect.

The whole experience was superb from start to finish. The accommodation was in a perfect position for walking into Bath, both the Walcot Street area and the centre of Bath, taking 15- 20 minutes. The accommodation was of an excellent standard and the large balcony spanning the entire property fronting the river was perfect for sitting and watching the world go by on the river. Everything within Swan House was furnished to a very high standard, and we loved reading about the history of the property dating back to the 1830s. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. The owners were very friendly and communication was excellent. We took the boat into Bath on our final morning which leaves from the front of Swan House. Very highly recommended!

En-suite would have been nice to a couple of shelves above toilet for clean clothes and toiletries bag on, mattresses was too soft for my liking

Great team on site, lovely location right on the river - very peaceful. Free parking, restaurant on site (didn’t eat there but heard great reviews from fellow guests). Only 20 min slow stroll into town and the free boat ride option into town was a bonus. Great accommodation, kitchen well equipped, toiletries in bathroom. Extra dressing room. Great to sit on balcony with morning cuppa. Visitor with four paws every morning was cute … Meme the friendly lurcher, but we were both happy to share our breakfast with her.

Fantastic, natural setting along the river Avon in Bath. We saw loads of wildlife including otters and beavers. Perfect weather to mess about on small boats. Bath Boating Station is a great secret hidden near the centre of Bath.

Location & Parking: The property is ideally situated in a calm, beautiful area, providing a peaceful escape while being just a very safe and pleasant 10-15 minute walk into central Bath. The on-site parking was a game-changer—effortless and secure, which is a rare luxury in the city. Comfort & Amenities: The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable, providing a perfect base to relax after a day of exploring. The true highlight, however, was the private garden patio with its serene view over the river. Ending our day there with a glass of wine became a cherished ritual. This accommodation genuinely ticks every box for a perfect Bath stopover. It will always be our first choice for future visits, and we cannot recommend it highly enough."

Roomy, comfortable lodging in a beautiful, peaceful location. Wonderful row on the river, then a nice meal in the restaurant. Just 10 minutes walk into town for lots of other shops & restaurants. Definitely recommended for a romantic getaway.

Wonderful place to stay, neat and tidy. Comfortable bed. Staff (especially Charlie) were great. Great views, nice and quiet place to relax. Been near the river was especially nice, riding on the boat into town and then hiring a rowing boat for splashing around on the water.

The bed mattress was to soft and dipped in the middle resulting in lack of sleep and backache..which let the accommodation down as everything else was really lovely

Great find ! Stayed here for son's graduation. Plenty of parking and easy walk to and from the city centre through residential streets. Very comfortable stay.

The Boating Station was easy to find. The setting was lovely and the staff were very friendly. The Apartment where we stayed was very clean, warm and homely, with great facilities. It was within walking to the City centre and all of its attractions.
