Very quiet yet busy. Tom and Tim were very helpful without being intrusive. Made sure everything was good for all onside. Great stay for families, couples or solo travellers.

Second time returning here. Super location, friendly helpful staff, always clean, has everything & more that you need in a and great value for money. My missus now even has her new favourite laundry pods as the bedding smelt so good !

Stayed with my friend and we both stayed in a single room each! Couldn’t fault it! Room was clean and the owners were lovely! Great for a quick stay near snowdon and the surrounding areas xxx Facilities were fab too! Kitchen, communal area and pool table xz

A shelf and a few hooks in the bathroom would be useful.

Clean and tidy facilities, good sized room and comfortable beds. Nice communal area and kitchen, where you can prepare meals or hang out after day out.

Well maintained property, they walked us to the rooms and gave free fresh towels, which you never see in hostels, this part was so impressive. Massive kitchen and dining area, equipped with two large TV and sofas. Snooker table, 20p per game which is not bad. But you must have a 20p coin with you which is hard.

Exceeded our expectations.

Excellent service and you can see that the owners take great pride in the service that they offer. Friendly, extremely clean and very good value for money. Self catering facilities were excellent. I would recommend this property over YHA for sure.

Some oven trays too big for either ovens? I don't understand . The place was really peaceful but unfortunately some guests were slamming doors repeatedly at 6am. Maybe another sign needed ?

Great comunication before our stay, easy and informative check-in . We had never stayed in a Hostel before so didn't know what to expect. The place was clean and tidy . Comfy lounge area with tv( though we didnt use it) seating area, pool table. Our double bunk beds were VERY comfortable indeed,that was a nice suprise. Lots of clear rules on leaving everywhere in the kitchen clean and tidy meant it was exactly that. I loved the honesty boxes for tea and coffee etc. Tim and his collegue ( sorry we didn't get your name) were on hand and very knowledgeble about the surroundng area. Fantastic time with two 15 year old girls whose highlights were feeding the Alpacas and Peahens, cooking their own tea and the hilarious bed tme antics deciding Grandma (63yrs old) would sleep on the top bunk!! It was more fun than I let on :)
