Couldn't find anything negative about this hotel.

Hotel was spotless and in a great location. Breakfast was excellent, couldn't ask for a better start to the day. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

We were on top flaw sea view double sea view which was a lovely view but the shower did not give much expectation as it just about got us wet as soon as you put the sink tap on water stopped in shower! Would recommend a shower caddy in shower also as soon as you have to pick shower gel up gets hair wet not ideal these issues would be gladly sorted

Ian the host was very accommodating to our needs very nice guy breakfast was amazing cereal lots to choose from yogurts tea and coffee full English breakfast with toast Jams and marmalade

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

This is a lovely B&B in a good location. Ian was a friendly and accommodating host who welcomed us by name on our arrival. Breakfast was good and made to order. We stayed in a double room and it was clean and comfortable with a generous supply of tea and coffee. We would stay again.

Only a couple of very minor issues. We visited in the peak of Summer so it's understandable that water pressure was low in the bathroom and shower, and we really would have benefited from a small fridge in the room as it was so hot we needed cold drinks constantly. This is more than we have a right to expect from a B&B but it is such a lovely place I thought I'd suggest it as a cherry on the already loaded cake.

This is a lovely guest house very close to the sea front and about five minutes walk from the beach. The owner Ian is very friendly and helpful. The full English breakfast was served fresh, crisp and piping hot, with the eggs cooked just right. The room was spotless and made up daily. Other guests were quiet and respectful of privacy. We had the large front-facing queen sized room which was very comfortable with a lovely bed.

Greeted at the door by Ian on first name terms , my Grandson (who didn’t.know we were stopping ) looked amazed. Ian asked his name and used throughout our visit. The property is seafront ,spotless and a delight

We liked everything… there isn’t a thing we didn’t like … couldn’t pick a fault . The vegan breakfast was amazing , nothing too much trouble .. friendly and welcoming hosts , made us feel very welcome .

Welcoming, spotless, outside and inside. Parking, WiFi, room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, bed really comfortable and lovely white linen. Chairs to sit on in room, not many think about 2 chairs, perfect.

Everything . Room was lovely and clean tea and biscuits replenished everyday bed made. The fan in the room was a god send. Ian is a fantastic host who is very chatty and helpful breakfast was lovely and plentiful location was great with free parking around the back. will definitely be back next year

The location was close to everywhere we wanted to go . The Breakfast was great , A very good choice of cereal and cooked breakfast too , orange juice and tea and coffee > the breakfast room was very nice and comfortable , tables were set out lovely and lots to look at in the room > interesting pictures on the wall and lots of character and charm .

Ian and Alison were the perfect hosts. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and when my husband needed to park his work van in the car park, Ian went out of his way to ensure that we had a secure space and even allowed us to use the car park facilities beyond our check out hours! A huge thank you, beautiful views from our room, so clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Delicious breakfast and great location for going to the beach, shops and eateries.

Absolutely flawless! Ian was absolutely fantastic, beautiful room with great facilities, plenty of plug sockets which is always a good plus! Wide array of food choices for breakfast and again Ian was ever so helpful with local recommendations!
