There was no roof or cover over the hot tub ,we would have liked to use it more but it was raining half the time.

It was clean and quiet for our short stay, had everything we needed.

Hot tub cover damaged…hot tub chair damaged… did not cause a problem using hot tub. Apartment was lovely. Not much space for privacy as overlooked by two cabins in hot tub.

Location was lovely….does get very busy so found lovely places to eat 20mins away

Very small double bed. Spiders in every corner. Dusty on floor and bedroom cabinets.

Some of the fixtures and fittings needed some attention, the TV was not on the bracket correctly and kitchen tap was loose

The location was good, lots of walks and very close to Loch Lomond, nice big accomadation space. bedrooms had good amount of space and storage and the property was clean.

Bathrooms need upgrading and the outside areas are very tired and need some investment. After reading previous reviews I was expecting much worse, but it was fine for our overnight stay.

Very friendly welcome, fabulous location. Great setting. We stayed in Osprey and the layout and living areas were very good. Didn’t use the hot tub so can’t comment but it looked fine. Good feeling of space on the site as a whole.

Perhaps some attention is needed to the outdoor area where the hot tub is, but this did not affect our stay at all and only mentioned for the purpose of balance.

A few bits needed some TLC mostly cosmetic. Could have done with a fan but that was due to the heat when we stayed, more of a personal request.

Nice lodge with everything you need, the staff was friendly as well and the check in was easy. We stayed here while doing the West Highland Way, it's a good place to stop and very close to the West Highland way

There was a wasp nest on the balcony so it meant we couldn't sit out for a drink (Which we looked forward to) I went to the reception to advise and the guy said they'd get an exterminator out the next day. We only stayed for one night so ment we had to stay indoors and it was hot.

Hot tub uncovered. Scotland=rain Stairs down to the hot tub could have grips added as a bit slippery when raining.

Spotless and warm as it was a rather cold night. Amazing view from the balcony. Hot tub was a nice touch too.

The steps up to the apartment could get very slippy when wet as they are wooden also the cement path from steps to hot tub was very rough.needs attention possibly a cover over hot tub like most we saw.The Mattress was for us uncomfortable but you cant please everyone only other issue was the floorcovering needs replaced in the shower room.

Nice clean apartment with a lovely view, The apartment had everything you need for a day or week long stay with a fully fitted kitchen nice comfy living area aswell as a hot tub outside.Overall a lovely stay with friendly staff but a minimum 2 nights a required as plenty to see & do in the area,we cant wait to return.

Grounds could do with better maintenance, fences and outside of lodges could do with a paint, Hot tubs in good working order but a bit tired and same with garden furniture.

Spacious property in very clean condition with two showers & bathrooms, comfortable clean beds, plenty of towels for hot tub use, dishwasher tabs & washing up liquid in property, equipped with dishes, cutlery and everything you need.

Hot tub temp was cold, buttons on the hot tub seemed not to work to allow me to turn heat up. Was raining when i was there and only stayed in hot tub about roughly 5/10 as temp was not high enough.

We used the toaster in the upstairs lodge, lodge 9 and the electricity cut out and we had no way of putting it back on, called the contact number 3 times to inform them and no-one called us back. Fortunately for us there was someone in the downstairs lodge who found the fuse box or we would have had no electricity all night as no-one called us back. Perhaps an emergency telephone number would be ideal incase of emergencies.

Lodge was lovely and very clean, view was lovely too.

Cobwebs were a plenty round the apartment. Mould on ceiling in the shower.. cracked floor tiles in the bathroom. Lock on door entry was loose. Apartment 11's bedroom was too close to our sitting room. Could hear every word and groan.

Peaceful setting, comfy beds and slept good. Very spacious. Jacuzzi was excellant.
