This place is exceptional. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The location is superb with beautiful views everywhere! The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. Comfy beds and an amazing breakfast. Gary and Clare went out of their way to ensure my sister and I had a wonderful time here.

The sofa bed was not so comfortable for the big kids.

Spacious and modern family room with nice bathroom, nicely decorated with everything we needed. The breakfast was very good. Beautiful location, and good car park. The day we were leaving we could leave the car for longer and enjoy the day. Also, we liked honesty bar.

Our room overlooked the car park, was quite expensive. At the top of a really steep hill so walking into and out of Barmouth was hard, especially as a busy road and really narrow pavements

Great location with wonderful views. Rooms large with good quality bedding and towels. Very clean. Staff all pleasant and nothing to much trouble. Breakfast was excellent there was a great choice and the hot food so well cooked and presented. Can not fault this hotel.

Not a problem for us but it’s a fairly steep walk from the town. Also, again, not an issue for us but lots of stairs so anyone with mobility issues may have difficulty.

Beautiful building in a fantastic position overlooking the sea. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Bed was very comfortable, linen fresh and lovely. Nice hair and body wash products. Breakfast was fabulous. Lots of choice and hot good was beautifully cooked and presented. Staff at breakfast were lovely and so helpful and friendly, couldn’t fault a thing. There’s an honesty bar and a well stocked bar it is too!

Lovely hotel with great views and easy access into Barmouth by foot. Generous room and bathroom size, fantastic breakfast options. Our dogs were made to feel very welcome too, we will definitely stay here again if in the area.

We were pleased with every aspect of our stay.

The range of fruit on offer at breakfast was excellent and the service was friendly, courteous and attended so well to our dogs’ needs too! The view from outside the property was beautiful and an ideal location away from the town centre.

Nothing - it was perfect!

Fabulous - from the moment we arrived the Bae Abermaw Boutique wowed us! Gary was super friendly and made us feel very welcome and relaxed as we had our dog with us for his first B&B stay. Considering how dog friendly it is, it’s immaculate, and decorated to a high standard. Our room had an amazing view, and plenty of space. Our favourite part was the honesty bar. Gary has an amazing place and has everything in order - we will definitely be back!

There isn’t anything we didn’t like, there isn’t a lift & that’s not a problem we just have one awkward dog that won’t climb the stairs & likes to be carried ha!

We loved the views, they are amazing. Our room was spacious especially with two dogs & the bathroom was gorgeous. Breakfast was lovely & filling with so much choice. Our sausages loved their breakfast sausage too! We didn’t use the honesty bar but it was a great idea. All the staff were so friendly & helpful.

Great facilities and location. Lovely breakfast. Comfortable room with a view. Loved the bath and bath salts. Friendly and helpful staff. We were given a free upgraded room before checking in after calling in to clarify a couple of things.

Minor ~ no plus near dressing table

Amazing ~ loved it A fantastic stay from start to finish! Our room was spacious, spotless, and really comfortable-plenty of room to relax. The bar area was lovely and inviting, a great spot to unwind in the evening. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide choice on the menu, including fresh fruit and a delicious cooked breakfast that really set us up for the day. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The garden outside was a peaceful bonus, with stunning views over the sea and coastline-absolutely beautiful. One of the best B&Bs we've stayed in. Highly recommended!

It didn't bother us, but a steep driveway to walk may bother some.

What a gem. We had a lovely stay. Room is much better than expected and only a short walk from the town. Breakfast was fabulous.
