The door to the balcony in the sitting room didn’t lock, I saw previous people had mentioned this. This needs looking at asap as it posses a security risk

Overall very good but the door from lounge to outside balcony couldn’t be locked & some of the windows were a bit dodgy. Didn’t effect our stay but some people may be cautious about leaving valuables in the flat. Also couldn’t seem to access flats via main door, so had to access via parking every time…

The apartment catered comfortably for all our needs during our stay. Lovely bathroom/shower room, always hot showers and light, bright kitchen living space with a good quality kitchen.. couldn’t ask for more.

The car park is a bit tight but it's better than not having anywhere to park i guess. But i do appreciate how the discreet the car park is too, aswell as being able to take a lift straight up to your floor.

Was in a great location which was close to both fistral and towan beach, great value for money , miles better than staying at a hotel and the balcony just topped it off...would definitely book and stay again 😀

There was a little problem with the locks on the balcony doors, I prefer locking everything to feel safer. It was the second floor but was by the car park so felt a little unsafe. But nothing happened.

The property was amazing and very comfortable. Had lots of fun w my family. Very clean and modern looking flat. Owner replied very promptly with all questions as well.

We loved it all and had a fabulous stay. Just a few maintenance issues and unfortunately noisy neighbours above. Overall a lovely few days away to chill and relax and enjoy the sea air. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you

Location was perfect. Within walking distance of town and beaches. Facilities were great and very clean. Lots of items provided already which was a bonus. Coastal paths for walking on the doorstep with great views. Restaurants and bars locally. Only used the car once. Would highly recommend.

Not a major deal breaker, but the apartment faces the rear carpark rather than overlooking the golf course and main street view to the beach. TV was tricky to use. Personally, I also think all air bnbs should have an airfryer nowadays for easier, safer cooking. Although appreciate this is not a necessity.

Excellent location next to Fistral beach and the cliff walks around the headland. Secure easy access parking. Use of cage in garage for surfboard storage. Clean modern and warm apartments, with good cooking facilities. Good leftovers from previous guests such as washing up liquid, teabags etc. We always try to leave little bits like that also to replenish. Quiet location, with excellent access to the town also.

When coming out of the lift on the second floor the automatic light would go off before you reach the door ,it needs to be reset to stay on longer

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Newquay. Upon arrival, we were immediately pleased with how clean and tidy the space was, setting a great tone for our trip. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with all the necessary cutlery, pans, and crockery. This made cooking our own meals convenient and enjoyable, as we didn’t have to worry about missing essentials. The location couldn't be better. The apartment is just a short walk from Fistral Beach, perfect for enjoying the beautiful seaside. Additionally, it's conveniently close to the town centre, making it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and other attractions on foot. Secure parking was also provided. Knowing our car was safe allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our holiday without any concerns. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone planning to visit Newquay. It truly has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Newquay!

Not as soundproof as we thought it was going to be as first 2 night had thud of music till late and then rest of week you can hear the kids running round upstairs. View of car park from balcony. No welcome pack. No pillow case protectors on the beds. Paintwork is a bit tired as cracked and peeled off in places and loose socket in lounge. Didn't like that it had no child proof latch on the entrance door to the apartment.

Located close to fistral beach. Open and spacious accommodation. Close to local amenities. Safe and secure parking. Great kitchen with plenty of utensils and cleaning supplies etc
