Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe TV situation and other guests not respecting shared spaces like the bathroom, a wash basket might be an idea to prevent other guests from throwing towels on the floor. The cleaners did an epic job of tidying up after some thoughtless guests.
The room was satisfactory although a little small, it was clean and the bed comfortable with clean bedding, very comfortable pillows though. Unfortunately the TV wasn't working I did let reception know and they sent someone to look but they couldn't resolve the issue which was a bit disappointing as no alternative was offered.

BelgiumThere is this unpractical thing that the door of the toilet does not open completely as the bed is on the way…it could be easily solved if you eliminate the shelf on the left and push the bed closer to the wall. The walls look a bit weary, they could be easily cleaned with a damp cloth, I saw that the paint is washable and it would look much nicer if clean.
Very convenient location, very good value for money and I received an upgrade which was really nice :) and thank you for this. The room was clean; it is small but somehow normal for London.

AustraliaPaddington itself offers little in the way of London culture, so you'll have to travel and use the area as a base. I asked for a quite room when booking and they put me in the basement , road facing , next to the laundry and facilities so 6:30 / 7 am workers outside my window. No privacy and they were noisy , so it was uncomfortable.
Was very central , with respect to getting around. Nottinghill one way, Oxford Street the other and Hyde Park and the Palace all within walking distance or a tube ride. Recommend a beer at the Windsor Castle Nottinghill.
