Very worn looking and uncared for. Water from the shower leaked through the ceiling into my room. TV didn’t work.

The TV situation and other guests not respecting shared spaces like the bathroom, a wash basket might be an idea to prevent other guests from throwing towels on the floor. The cleaners did an epic job of tidying up after some thoughtless guests.

The room was satisfactory although a little small, it was clean and the bed comfortable with clean bedding, very comfortable pillows though. Unfortunately the TV wasn't working I did let reception know and they sent someone to look but they couldn't resolve the issue which was a bit disappointing as no alternative was offered.

There is this unpractical thing that the door of the toilet does not open completely as the bed is on the way…it could be easily solved if you eliminate the shelf on the left and push the bed closer to the wall. The walls look a bit weary, they could be easily cleaned with a damp cloth, I saw that the paint is washable and it would look much nicer if clean.

Very convenient location, very good value for money and I received an upgrade which was really nice :) and thank you for this. The room was clean; it is small but somehow normal for London.

The sink in the bathroom was blocked and wasn’t draining properly. Not nice when brushing teeth etc.

The location was perfect for a concert in Hyde Park.

It was very small, which was expected given the price. There was a large damp area on the floor, which had affected the floor area and was damp to the touch. This wasn’t great!

Location is excellent, room was small, but clean. Staff at check in were friendly and helpful. Value for money considering prices of hotels. Sheets and towels were clean and the room and bathroom were very clean.

There was mold in the plug hole in the shower. Shower leaked all night sink and toilet area was a bit grotty No cover over the plug hole Room was very small Was charged £15 to park the car on top of the £147 it cost to stay for 1 night

Bed was comfortable had a good night sleep Had fresh towels toothbrush set and slipped very lovely touch Coffee making facilities I would like to suggest having fresh water available especially due to the heat

The room was different to the photos, one bed in the room was broken (however we contacted the desk and someone came up to look very quick and it was dealt with smoothly and timely), very hot as we were on the top floor and one window wasn’t able to be opened.

The location was ideal, any staff we dealt with were very friendly.

The single room was just a box room with the window leading to the roof with no safe rail. No description of the room was given at the time of the booking, so a little bit shocked and disappointed. As it was one of the hottest day I travelled.

Excellent location for the conference I am attending. Close to both Paddington and Marylebone train stations.

Dated & dirty . Not air conditioning hot sticky room. Old pillows and uncomfortable.. would not recommend nor stay again . Wasted 224 on a rip off old room

Did not have. Going by the dated grimy shower . And other peoples toilet tissue on big brush & peoples hairs on floor. Pleased did not waste money on the food 🤣

Paddington itself offers little in the way of London culture, so you'll have to travel and use the area as a base. I asked for a quite room when booking and they put me in the basement , road facing , next to the laundry and facilities so 6:30 / 7 am workers outside my window. No privacy and they were noisy , so it was uncomfortable.

Was very central , with respect to getting around. Nottinghill one way, Oxford Street the other and Hyde Park and the Palace all within walking distance or a tube ride. Recommend a beer at the Windsor Castle Nottinghill.

The bathroom door couldn’t fully open because the bed was in the way. The shower was either freezing cold or boiling hot. The electric socket didn’t work properly

The stairs to the rooms carpets dirty , the room itself floors dirty all round the skirting boards very dirty next in window full of dust shower full of mould all round light switches on wall dirty hand marks hairs all over the bathroom floor walls thick with dust

Getting down to the room with a pushchair luggage and an under one was a struggle but no fault in our stay

Very small toilet room and shower room, but expected for a central London hotel. Minor staining on bedding, but overall clean. Worst part was the small stains on towels and someone’s hair folded into them.

A refrigerator would be very welcome. There is no air conditioning.

The parking spot at the hotel Daily clean / new sheets on the bed after we spilled drinks. Location is super Breakfast locations nearby.
