The host was excellent. Nothing was to much trouble. The views from our lovely room was amazing. Continental breakfast was excellent. There is nothing negative I can comment on and 💯 would recommend. Definitely be back

We loved every aspect!

This location was a very beautiful home, decor, view, and the best bed and breakfast we ever stayed at. Colts, sheep, and rabbits provide outdoor entertainment with gorgeous views everywhere. The hostess is so friendly. She really should charge much more for a stay. Everything was exquisite!

Sonia and Hamilton are a wonderful pair, they went above and beyond in all areas helping me with a warm meal free of charge after a full day of cycling. And helping me repair the odd bits and bobs the next morning even after checkout. Had a lovely conversation with the both of them and an all round incredible stay, can't wait to stay again then next time I'm around this neck of the woods and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a cosy BnB.

No cons at all

The property was one of the best BnBs we stayed. Huge room, good facilities, amazing breakfast and the most beautiful scenery. You could see the horses and rabbits from all 4 sides of the BnB so closely. Sonia was such a warm host and we felt at home. Breakfast was lovely as well. Would definitely visit again.

Everything was perfect.

We LOVED absolutely everything. Beautiful home, lovely room with a fabulous view of the farm and hills in the background. It was so calming watching the horses with their foals, sheep with their lambs wandering around. We even saw a fox wandering through the paddock (a novelty for New Zealanders, we dont have foxes). Sonja was the perfect hostess. Our room was beautiful, bed comfortable, shower good and breakfast delicious. Would have loved to have stayed more than 1 night.

Everything. Sonia was very cheerful and welcoming. Room spotless and big. Fabulous views of the countryside. Enjoyed a lovely continental breakfast, plenty of it too.. Very peaceful, had a goodnights sleep. Loads of space to park. Great value for money. Would highly recommend.

Seriously nothing

An amazing location on a working farm ( complete with brand new foal!!!) Hospitable, sparkling clean- massive bathroom. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee in the room alongside showering toiletries. Plenty of room to park. Breakfast time was flexible and menu fresh with homemade bread Continental style. I unhesitatingly recommend

That I didn't book it longer... Arney Lodge is in demand with good reason - Sonia is an excellent host! It's set in idyllic surroundings, immaculately clean and very comfortable.

Beautiful room in a beautiful house. Very comfortable bed. Lovely countryside around the farm. Sonia is a brilliant host and really went out of her way to make sure I was happy. Breakfast was also sublime. Fresh fruit, home-made breads and eggs from her chickens! 😋 Would absolutely recommend.
