If we had to mention anything, we’d say that it’s a bit tired in places. The carpets could do with a good clean, some of the towel rails were rusty, and the walls had some marks. That’s just constructive feedback as it didn’t impact our experience.

We absolutely loved staying here with our 3 teenagers. The photos are deceptive as it’s far bigger than we expected. Had literally everything you can think of in the kitchen. So many board games too. Bedrooms were spacious with plenty of hanging space and drawers. Lift worked at all times! We were aware of the building works & scaffolding in advance. They don’t impact our stay too much. The noise wasn’t an issue but it would have been nice to be able to use the balconies. Had the most fantastic time in Poole and Sandbanks. We will be booking again 😊

Dishwasher had been allowed to run without any dishwasher salt for some time, so all the cutlery and crockery had a hazy film on it

Fantastic location with great views from the balconies

The bathroom can be cleaner as we spotted area of dustiness, and minor mould. The apartment is in an area of development, this not the best for a family with young children that likes to be outdoors without needing to drive.

Good for a family, with all the facilities and comfort. Plenty of space in and out of the flat. It will be a great apartment to stay during the summer.

More simplified instructions would be an advantage. Codes were misleading as they differed on actual key fobs to written instructions plus one code not updated and assistance from neighbour was required. Access to Quay Lettings office a little confusing as it was off the High Street and parking quite difficult.

Location was central and offered secure underground parking. Everywhere was walkable but central Poole is not easy to navigate. GPS became “scrambled” due to inadequate road signage and profusion of roundabouts and one way systems! Recommend Rockfish, The Custom House (The Quay) and Loch Fyne restaurants. Tea/coffee at Sandbanks Hotel and walk along beach front was very pleasant. Managed to fit in Swanage, Bournemouth and Christchurch over a two day period! The apartment was adjacent to Hamworthy Park with very attractive and safe walking paths and pretty cafe. Will be returning. Incidentally Quay Lettings staff very friendly and helpful.

Scaffolding and netting impacted the view.

Nothing really.. if you have kids the only thing is that the playground and beach and really the only options you have nothing else around otherwise.

Lovely property with everything you needed. Literally has everything and the layout is really different. Stand place bedrooms upstairs and kitchen/lounge downstairs.. not here and it was a nice change and worked well having two doors to the apartment when sorting out luggage etc. Nice big kitchen with everything you need.. so if you are a chef you will like the work space provided. Also nice for people who like open plan so you can watch tv and also watch the chef at work too. Balcony’s are nice too two different views.. one of the beach and the other of the surroundings and in the distance you can just almost see the bridges go up when the big boats/yachts come in. 15-20min walk from the town centre which has a good number of pubs and shops to buy presents etc for people. Co-op 13min walk away and a off-license 5min walk away. Good pub is the kings head in town if you wanting banter from staff and also to play pool. Beach not far to walk.. walk further down and you will get a less pebble seaweed area and also close to the playground if you have kids that is really good and lots to do as well as has a little pool (non chlorine) very shallow for kids to have fun in and also has a cafe too. I could go on but all in all a nice place and worth it!
