Only thing to complain about was the weather. lol

The staff were very friendly and efficient. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very relaxing atmosphere. We dined in the restaurant, the food was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The quality of the food in the restaurant was very good. The restaurant manager went out of her way to make up for a mistake the waiter made during a very busy Saturday evening dinner rush. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name but she was really friendly and approached us proactively when she became aware that there was a problem. I was very happy about the professional and courteous way she handled the issue. All of the staff at this hotel were very friendly, including the security staff outside the main entrance. Very professional and willing to assist. I can highly recommend this hotel. The pool is also a great plus for this hotel and the hotel premises are very clean.

The spa area was a bit outdated and could use a refreshening. The Gym was very good and you can train all bodyparts without any challenges.

The breakfast buffet was warm but food not hot, and could do with more vegetarian-friendly options. Though the fry up had plenty to choose from, more non-greasy foods would be very welcomed. Television in room didn't connect to the streaming apps (e.g., Prime Video, Netflix) which was a shame.

Bedroom very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom also spacious and shower was lovely, good temperature range. Check-in and check-out were very speedy! Outdoor parking was handy and location easy to find.

Since it has been taken over a few changes one was you went up to order a coffee r whatever you wanted and payed for it there. Now it is table service and you wait a while till someone comes to take your order. We noticed a few people leaving cause the wait was long. Thats the only thing i didn't like.

We have stayed here loads of time, some of the staff has got to know us now. Very friendly. Few changes from it was taken over. We will be back.

It would have been nice to use the leisure facilities but these had to be booked in advance and we were unable to do that as had not agreed timings with others who we were meeting there.

Everything was perfect from the time I booked until I checked out .perfect location easy parking and beautiful room. Fantastic breakfast. Met some great people in red neds. Our stay was to short but we will be back. Thanks to all at armagh City Hotel.

Most of the staff were lovely, but on the particular night in question I had a query and spoke to a more mature lady member of staff and she was very abrupt. She did not have a very good customer manner about her and all of my family agreed that they had a similar problem with this member of staff. Perhaps some training might help.

The property is really clean, rims are immaculate as as the rest of the hotel.

We were at the front of the hotel next to a major road and there was a lot of road noise when the window was opened!

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the shower being hard to regulate, and when I informed reception, the manager came to our room to have a look at it within 10 minutes. The breakfast was included and was great. The hotel was within easy walking distance from the city centre too.

No air conditioning. Extractor not working in bathroom. Noisy guests shouting in the middle of the night, though not the hotel's fault.

Good large room. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. Excellent location for walking to Armagh city. Very convenient free parking.
