It was a great holiday apart from the rain. But with the sauna and jacuzzi and the view and the hotel on our doorstep it more than made up for it .

The couches need replaced, one was pretty bad.

Beautiful property in stunning location

Property brilliant home away from home everything you need hotel not very accommodating for meals when I asked to book two nights as it was a 50th birthday we were celebrating I was told we were supposed to be self catering had gone up the week before to see what was available there was told to phone on wed of following week to see if we could book for dinner decided not to push our luck so only booked one night no breakfasts available and the week we arrived n sandwiches at lunchtime either as we don’t drive this would put us off going again great location easy to get there with public transport but not very accommodating at hotel caravan park staff welcoming hotel staff not

the views were amazing. we were so pleased to have our own wee bay and jetty to go out on the loch. lovely quiet location and everything we needed in the cabin which was very spacious, clean and tidy.

liked everything. perhaps would have enjoyed a fire pit outside, the neighbours had one but we did not. we didnt actually have anything to burn though so perhaps provide that for folk or have the option to buy firewood?

Large spider webs on bedroom ceiling, found a sachet of moisturiser down side of sofa & think they need new mattress’s for beds

Absolutely beautiful surroundings, comfortable and cosy lodge, perfect place to escape and clear one’s head for a few days.

I honestly could not have asked for more.

Its so peaceful gorgeous lodge great for family lovely views and places to walk really recommend staying

The view is amazing .

Everything was perfect , one little thing instead of two fridges a freezer would have been nice for ice.

The cottage was cozy and comfortable. It got nice and warm which was appreciated! Well equipped with appliances and everything we needed. Sauna and Jacuzzi were the main reasons we chose this place, and were great additions to the stay!

The staff member met during check-in was dismissive and wanted to leave (even though we arrived at the pre-stipulated check-in time). Did not show us around the place making the stay feel quite a bit impersonal. There was no instruction booktlet for the place or staff in the premises to ask for help (e.g. Jacuzzi kept getting colder immediately after top was opened, we wanted to know if we could get coals in the premisses to use the BBQ). Jacuzzi water was cold on the day/night of arrival which meant we could not use it on our first night. There was an extra Duvet in the living room covered with what looked like vomit and some utensils in the kitchen were dirty.

Lovely lodge with excellent facilities. The staff throughout went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Dale helped us with all our questions and ensured our needs were met

If i had to be picky, the only thing i disliked were the cobwebs but there were not many and it was the season for spiders

Location and jetty

The hot tub lid injured my friend when taking it off as it didn’t have a lifter and is waterlogged so far too heavy Lots of rot in the wood on outside

No local walks from the site (ie to walk the dog). Loud music from one of the Moore’s boats in the early hours of the morning - made a complaint. Heard no more about it

The property was really cosy, very comfortable and warm. Everything has been done to a high standard and the view is unbelievable. The staff was really helpful. It’s been a wonderful stay, an opportunity to switch off and admire the beautiful Scottish sceneries.

We love this lodge we bring 2 dogs and its the perfect base to visit our scottish family.
