Would have liked that the windows could open - the basement single room had a very slight musty smell at times, but it dissappeared when I started the heater. Bathroom and shower quite tiny - it is clear they have been reconverted into that from rooms with initially other purposees.

The experience of a typical victorian townhouse, now transformed into a guest house.. Keiko was a very thoughtful and attentive host. The tea tray in the room was much appreciated.

    Nothing ....Everything was great 👍

Lovely guest house in a good location. I had a single room on the lower floor, which was lovely and clean and very quaint. The toilet and shower were separate to the room, which I was happy with, all next door to each other, doors had locks on. I had a great stay and will stay again.👍

Slight problem with flushing the toilet. Housemates were quiet, but otherwise noise carried within the house. Private bathroom down external hall.

I didn’t bother us, but if you are mobility challenged, it would be difficult getting to 2& 3 floors.

A wonderful location, can walk to many attractions or jump on bus 1/2 block away. Very responsive hosts ensuring all your needs are met. We had a lovely view of garden.

As always in UK cities, parking is hard to find and expensive. Formally there are some spots in front of the guest house which are free of charge from Friday night to Monday morning. But since they are also shared with residents there was no empty space, so we had to book a private parking some streets away. In terms of value for money this was the most expensive accommodation on our UK trip.

Keiko is such a great and helpful person. Location is good, just a short walk up the hill to the city centre, or to the botanical gardens in the other direction. Local pubs, cafes and grocery shopping nearby, as well as a bus stop.

My shower and bathroom were separate rooms - knew this before and wasn’t bothered but I felt a bit self-conscious trying keys in locks (especially at night) as the keys look almost identical. (I did get used to them). Not a moan - could colour code them.

Good location. Excellent communication from the property. Clean. No disturbance at night. Good value for size/location at the festival.

The accommodation is a bit further from the center of the city but this is rewarded with the fantastic food opportunities along Rodney and Broughton street. Just because of that we would take it again. It was very clean and staff was very friendly.

It was not bad, but the room was older and smaller than I thought.

the room has enough and nice amenities, like body cream cotton bud, and they offered tea and snacks kIndly. It’s from female owner’s attention. we feel cozy like our own room..

Just a little Nigle the size of the room was amazing. It was fabulous having its own ensuite cubicle however I do feel that it could’ve been a little larger area for the bathroom considering how big the room was. It could definitely take it. There was barely any room once you step out of the shower to dry yourself . The shower and the toilet was just very close to each other to the door of the room.

On our arrival, we could smell mould, probably because we were given a basement room. We should have asked for a different room as my husband is tall and when we went to bed realised it had a foot board and the bed head had wide gaps in the rails which meant it was very uncomfortable for him. Also we found it difficult to work the shower. Having slept in the room we did not realise we could have asked to change as we are not used to staying in guest houses in UK.

In a convenient location. Host very helpful. It was very clean.

I didn't see anyone at all during the whole of my stay. That aspect was very impersonal.

Not far from city but it's a long uphill walk if you're not fit although bus stop at end of road. Single room has separate but private shower room and toilet - fine but bring something to wear in the hall! Shower room quite tight for space. Room very cold but heater worked well.

Located fairly close to Princes St, rooms and facilities pretty good. Owner stays in touch for any issues. Mattress felt soft but I had a better sleep on it than I normally do. Room small but cosy. Plenty of nearby pubs and eateries. Close to botanic gardens.
