Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Absolutely loved our room. We stayed in the Wallace bedroom and we were so pleased with it. Beautiful decor, lovely size and the bed was a massive four poster and so comfy, we wanted to take it home. Lovely shower, needed after our walks. View was very nice and tv had netflix etc on if just wanting to relax with a good movie. We also enjoyed being able to help ourselves to some snacks downstairs in the morning, my partner especially loved the croissants. Absolutely worth every penny.

The manager was friendly, and he went above and beyond to make sure our gluten-free needs for the complimentary breakfast snacks were met, as my wife has celiac disease. The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — peaceful, yet just a short walk to the bus stop, which made exploring the area so easy. We felt truly taken care of and would absolutely recommend Ard na Said to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay.

GermanyParking, we had to find parking down the street from the house. Not bad, but also not ideal. The coffee machine was okay, it did the job, but some of the options didn't work at all. The bed was super hard so we didn't sleep well.
