Very little not to like. The stairs and passageways were inevitably quite narrow, but my luggage was taken up/down for me. The toilet/shower room was rather cramped, though adequate, and a certain 'knack' was needed to flush the toilet.

Great location at a quieter end of Weymouth but with the seafront across the road and within easy walking distance of central attractions. A cosy single room on the top floor with small shower/toilet opposite. The room was compact yet nicely furnished and immaculately clean, with handbasin and a window which made the room feel light and airy. Various little extras included, such as electric fan, folding chair and radio/alarm. Managers were very friendly and helpful. I chose 'room only', so no breakfast, but free private parking behind the guest house was an added bonus.

The property was well presented, and the room was clean and comfortable. The proprietors were friendly and helpful, and the free parking was a real bonus as the parking charges in the area were astronomical. We would definitely book here again.

We had breakfast every morning of our stay. Good choice of freshly cooked breakfast also cereals fruit and yogurts. Natalie and Dave go out of their way to make sure they look after the guests. The weather was very hot but there was 2 large fans in the room. Everything was clean and plenty of supplies of tea coffee and milk.

On the minus side, a small shower room, but water pressure can drop\stop. (If lots others are using showers elsewhere in house??) other than that, all very good.

Lovely guest house. Hosts are amazing, making sure everything is ok. Beds comfy, room a little hot as up in attic, but enough breeze coming through the window. A very clean guest house. Location good, right on sea front, close to railway station and bus stops. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. Would recommend this place, a perfect stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed the little room at the very top of the building, nicely decorated in a maritime style. It was very clean, made up daily, had all I needed!! A big thank you to the kind and helpful hosts!!

Lovely place to spend a holiday. Very close to the beach, to the city centre. Shared bathroom with another room was good. Great to have a sink in every room. Owners were so kind and nice people. Excellent breakfast there. Thank you very much.

Absolutely nothing. There is nothing both Natalie and David could be criticised for, neither can the property.

Natalie and David are both friendly, welcoming and pleasant individuals. They not only care about the guests but the property as well and its presentation. I have stayed in a few places in Weymouth but Arcadia for me was the best. Breakfast was always delicious and cooked to perfection. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit and would recommend to anyone

Lovely stay in the heart of Weymouth with a suiting marine touch. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming, premises are daily cleaned and the daily replenishment of complimentaries is sometime a truly life-saver. Definitively would recommend it.
