Was a lovely house, felt comfortable and Sarah & Fraser was lovely

The pre-booking communication was clear and timely. Sarah and Frazer were welcoming and friendly. While willing to chat and make recommendations they were never obtrusive or too present. The accommodation was scrupulously clean, comfortable and altogether struck a calm relaxing note. I thought I might miss the full English breakfast experience but the fresh platters and wide pastry, fruit, yogurt and egg selection was grand. Close enough to the town to walk but not so close as to pick up any noise except the occasional whistle of the steam train. Marvellous !

The room and house were always spotless. Breakfast was a mix of fruit/cereals/meats/cheese and toast and eggs, all delicious! Owners were not only really friendly and accommodating, but had plenty of recommendations of the local pubs/restaurants and sites.

There was honestly nothing that we didn't like.

Arbour House is perfectly placed to get onto the beach, walk into town and get to the South West Coastal Path. Our room was immaculately clean and tidy, and you could tell that the hosts worked very hard to keep the rooms and the property as a whole in very good order.

It was a little expensive but we had booked at the height of the season so it wasn’t a surprise.

A very convenient location close to beach, the town and the railway. Sarah and Fraser were very welcoming. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, unexpectedly including eggs as well as continental buffet.

Central location. Our hosts Sarah and Frazer were welcoming, very helpful and had plenty of information to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was well appointed if somewhat on the small size.
