The hotel was absolutely stunning in a prime location. Close to amenities and the surroundings were stunning. Beautiful, clean, family Rab hotel. Couldn't do enough to help and make our special stay enjoyable.

Absolutely everything from the welcome we had from Kevin and his team to the fantastic, spacious, beautifully clean and well presented room with amazing views. To the wonderful food and first class service. We were extremely impressed by the very high quality of the product and service this hotel has to offer. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again.

Fabulous location with easy access to restaurants and bars. On site parking was great as it is very busy in the area. Lovely hotel and very clean and well maintained. Nice friendly staff. Great breakfast with a good choice of menu.

We didn’t have any issues with our stay.

Hotel was well located for local amenities, close however, not to close to be bothered by traffic. Breakfast was very good, cooked to order. Staff where efficient and friendly.

There wasn't much not to like. The bar closed a little earlier than I expected, but apart from that.

We liked everything about the hotel. The location, the rooms, the views, the staff, the food, and the atmosphere of the place.

Alan was an exceptional host, catered to our needs very well. The room itself was better than shown in the photos, miles better. We would definitely visit again.

The hotel was in a great location we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. The staff looked after us very well.

Was quite expensive but you get what you pay for so can’t complain!

We were kindly given an upgrade on arrival due to it being our first wedding anniversary. We were put in the room with the jacuzzi bath which was amazing. Room was huge and bed was very comfortable! It was great. Staff let us keep our bags behind the counter the next day while we explored before our train home.

Would have liked bar to stay open later in the evening. Went back on Friday evening at 9.30, was expecting bar to be open but it was closed. So, I had to go out again.

Breakfast was really good. Perfect location for Bowness.

Bathroom rather cramped and difficult to operate shower, standard bed size (prefer king size), steep stairs to top floor.

Excellent breakfast choice, well cooked and presented. Room facilities good. Car park convenient. Staff very welcoming and helpful throughout stay. Hotel location superb - handy for all town centre services yet tucked away from main street and in a quiet area, handy for bus services.

The only thing that I don't like is the size of wash sink, which is too small, only half of normal size.

I like the layout and decoration of the room and hotel, which is very elegant.

The shower needed to be a bit more powerful,maybe a soap dish for the soap and a towel holder needed xxx

Everything the evening meal and breakfast was superb ,location was great and the staff were very friendly !when our son booked our stay he didn’t notice the 2 for 3 nights wish we would have gone for ! We had an amazing stay and wonderful break away for us .
