The only thing that wasn't good was the hollandaise sauce with my poached eggs, which was stone cold 😕

Only negative comment was the draft and chill we experience in the Diner. We did mention this to staff and although sympathetic to our request to have the fan switched off we were told that this would not be possible. This did not stop us having an enjoyable evening.

Excellent friendly staff throughout all levels of staff. Everyone made us feel very welcome including the Spa facility. Dinner was good value and the room was better than we expected from the size of the beds and comfort.

there was a weird vibration noise that I could only hear in near the head of the bed and in the bathroom. I slept with my head at the bottom of the bed and my feet at the top and it didn't bother me anymore

Hotel was ideal for families as they upgraded our room to the biggest available to accommodate 2 travel cots and provided kids packs. The staff were brilliant and pool facilities were great. We will definitely be back.

Everything hadn't been in Dundee before, what a lovely town, visited Broughty Ferry, gorgeous.

Hotel gorgeous, hard to find from city centre if you don't know Dundee. Five minutes away. Hotel staff couldn't do any more for you. One complaint, carpet at side of bed all marked...pool,sauna,jacuzzi & steam room excellent.

Clean, friendly staff and the pool is a great mini break with my kid. Walking distance to city center and the V&A. This was our 3rd stay in the hotel.

No spinner for swimwear in the spa. Which would have caused extra luggage weight had I swam yesterday, and we were leaving the following day it would not have been dry enough to not push it over the limit (15kg) as we flew). The bar and restaurant area, although tidy and clean it was very noisy. We didn't use the bar for that reason, and yesterday morning was horrendous due to a conference being held there. It just felt wrong, for the rest of the hotel, therefore didn't work. Was annoying about the children commandeering the pool at the weekend too from 9am or may have been 11 can't remember until 7:30pm on both days. Lack of hooks in the bathroom or bedroom to hang robes/dressing gowns before you had a shower. No hooks in either room was a nuisance as we basically had two very big windows on the opposite side, and the bathroom was behind the bedroom with the wardrobe in between.

The room, and the staff, plus the spa especially the pool. The staff were absolutely brilliant, and were as helpful as they could be.

It was perfect for an overnight stay away! Staff were lovely! We had a huge wine stain on our carpet that looked like no attempt had been made to clean it.

Apex Dundee is in an excellent position for exploring the city. It has a good ambience, light and airy. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. There was a problem with our shower which was fixed immediately. We would recommend this hotel.
