Their default bedding is filled with feathers which I found unusual and caused a bit of an issue since I am allergic. But it was replaced with antiallergic when I found out.

Big comfortable bed. Close to centre. Very attentive and kind personnel. Free breakfast for a child. Great choice of tasty food. Blackout curtains. This hotel has everything what I expect from the accomodation where I feel content.

We didn’t care for the bar. We requested a limoncello and they couldn’t make it!

A reception woman greeted us kindly, helped with the parking, explained the area and even helped get our luggage to the elevator. Amazing!

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Location was perfect, between old town and new town, and next to main train station. Close to everything. Indoor pool and steam room were great after a long day.

Hallway light stays on all night so the gap at the bottom of the door lets a lot of light in … I used a pillow to cover it up! :)

Hotel was lovely,staff could not do enough for us. Lovely and clean,swimming pool small but clean and open 6am to 10pm which was great after a long day. Food was exceptional but expenisve. Would def stay here again

It was very expensive with inflated rates due to us staying over festival time (unavoidable). There was a small gap under the front door letting in light and noise from the hallway, which took away from a sense of privacy. The shower took some getting used to, as you had to open the door a certain way when finished to avoid flooding the bathroom floor. These were minor things, however, and didn't take away from our overall experience.

The location was fantastic and the staff were great. The room was really comfortable and spacious, which made this perfect for a week-long stay. The hotel had a wonderful sense of luxury to it.

Perfect location of this very traditional hotel, rooms were spacious and clean, we also used the spa area that could do with a little update. Breakfast was also delicious, there could be more options (of bread and veggies) at the buffet. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Recommended!

The shower sink does not drain properly, and water collects in the basin. This makes it difficult to take a longer shower or for a second person to use it shortly after. I am unsure how to request fresh towels, as I could not find any clear instructions in the room.

Overall, I am enjoying my stay. The location is excellent and the hotel is very good. I have two items to flag:

We were disappointed with breakfast, in particular the buffet which in comparison to other hotels lacked variety, particularly if later to breakfast which we tended to be. I feel the variety and standard of food should remain the same for the entire service. Did feel rushed one day when we were eating late. The rate for our stay was expensive, I know it’s during the festival so we expected to pay more, but hoped the breakfast would therefore be better.

Great location and friendly helpful staff. Our room was clean and spacious although some of the main lighting was flickering. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The spa, small gym and pool looked good, although we didn’t use them.
