Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The property is just off the royal mile and close to all the action. Incredibly clean and recently refurbished. We had no issues at all and the owners were easily contacted if needs be. Booked the place on extremely short notice, owners very responsive to bookings. Beds super comfy, nice living room area to relax in the morning, fully equip kitchen. What more could you ask for? Would 100% stay again

The location was perfect for the two days we spent in Edinburgh. The apartment is not fancy, but it is neat and clean and had everything we needed, including laundry.

Location of the property is so convenience. It takes only 1 minutes to the city central but it is a quite place that you can rest after a long day of visiting Edinburgh.

ThailandLots of stairs to access the entrance, and the entrance was hard to find. One of the bedroom doors couldn’t close properly, it can get noisy at night as the room is on the ground floor.
Decent location right on the royal mile, spacious room with lots of space, the kitchen was beautiful and well equipped and the owner was responsive and helpful.
