Property was immaculate and Amanda was very welcoming. Breakfast was beautiful. We stayed with our 4 yr old little girl who sometimes can be a little loud but Amanda was amazing with her. Couldn’t fault the rooms, very homely and had everything we needed for our little break

Amanda and Steve were very attentive. Comfortable beds, Spacious rooms, Clean, Great location 2 min walk from the front and 15 min walk max from any main attractions and Breakfast was Delicious!!

Fantastic place to stay! Very clean/ modern, couldn’t fault anything. The owners were very friendly too, perfect for a family to stay. Lovely full English breakfast, perfect to set you up for the day. Will definitely be back!

The guest house is clean and tidy throughout. Steve and Amanda are very friendly, approachable and very good at what they do. Breakfast is lovely and sets you up for the day.

Steve & Amanda were so friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Blackpool. Home cooked breakfast was perfect 👌 loved the little Bar too, perfect for a relaxed drink.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

It was very warm and friendly staff where lovely very clean , fresh looking our room was lovely smelt really nice I will definitely be returning. Staff was welcoming as well.

Location was really good not far from the pleasure beach and a drum right away from other attractions

Steve and Amanda were very welcoming. Everywhere was lovely and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty location is really good as the tram stops at the top of the street and there is plenty of parking nearby at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay again.

Only stayed 1 night as a last minute stop over, hosts were so nice and very helpful from getting checked in to finding parking, excellent breakfast as well, couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend

Honestly, nothing.

Great location close to south pier and the tram stop. Breakfast was great and we had our own bathroom. There were plenty of drawers to unpack into. Owners were fab and so helpful.

The hosts, Steve & Amanda are such lovely people and very welcoming/friendly. They always had the time to stop and chat with you about your day and what plans you have. The breakfast was very tasty and had a good selection of cereals as well as the cooked breakfast. The rooms and B&B was very clean and modern, the beds was like sleeping on a cloud, your head no sooner hit the pillow and your asleep. Location for the B&B was very central, on one of the main streets that has B&B’s in and not far to walk to get to either pier. Would highly recommend and stay here again :)

Was a nice little stay over with my 2 grandsons Hotel in great location. The hotel host were very friendly and welcoming. The room was a family room very clean & fresh Breakfast was included and it was lovely 🙂 Definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at this charming family-run hotel. Everything was spotless and the hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. The breakfast was tasty and well-prepared, and the room was both comfortable and stylish. The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk to the beach and town centre. Would definitely stay again!
