Nice room and furnishings but could have been cleaner, hairs on bathroom floor and in shower but didn't bother us too much. Felt it was overpriced but that was purely due to oasis gig Woken abruptly by blood curdling screaming (6am), hope everyone was ok

Great location for gig at heaton park, worth the walk to get away from the busy madness. Managed to park on the front of the property, we were 1 of 2 cars, think you would've struggled to get a third car on

I arrived, there was a random cap on the bed, there was a fold up bed in the corner and the cleaning could have been better. There was a spider web on the radiator and the light switches needed disinfecting as there were marks around them. Also, the guest staying next door to me was in and out the room every 30 minutes, the door banged very loudly each time they came in and out.

It was comfortable, easy to check-in, good value for money, bathroom was nicely presented and the room was spacious.

Could have been cleaner, the beds where stained and the room was not clean, rooms smell of smoke even though no smoking, people smoking cannabis in the garden at night and constantly banging the doors and others being load Was there 4 days but got hardly any sleep.

It smelled of cigarettes (luckily outside the room) but still not pleasant to walk in on. And we had someone directly sat outside our door on the top of the stairs on their phone. Made who I was with feel super uncomfortable therefore ruining the vibe of the trip.

The bed was comfortable and very clean cotton sheets and towels. The available kitchen was very useful.

The room smelt bad, not sure if there is an issue with the plumbing. Water pressure of the shower was very low, even on high it did not do much

Room had a funny smell, property isn’t watched and other guests staying in property were runing in and out and up and down the stairs banging doors all night till 5am unfortunately kept me awake

When i walked it the room stunk off smoke even though the hotel is non smoking, made myself and my partner cough all night and gave us both a headache

the windowsill was dirty and the cupboard in the bathroom was filthy, the bathroom also smelt damp and moldy. the lock on the door didn’t feel very secure either. the mattress and pillow were quite uncomfortable and felt hard.

the area was perfect and close enough to salford university and had good transport links. the furniture was good quality and made the room look worth the money. the room was also very modernised. the wifi was very good and powerful too.

The bed was not a double, it was too small and up against a wall so one person was trapped.

A couple of rooms smelled as if someone had been smoking. When we tried to contact staff with a query about baggage storage there was no response.

Albert Rooms is on the bus route to the city centre. It is a no fuss place to stay. The rooms are basic but clean. The use of a kitchen is handy.

The apartment was smelling on opening the door, had to use my perfume to neutralise the foul smell. The beddings were so old and worn out. No one deserved to sleep on such beddings.

It was easily accessible and close to shops. The instructions on how to access the building was excellent. The environment was clean as well.
