We appreciate that this might be specific to us because we are quite tall people, but the beds were a bit small for us. The WiFi was another small inconvenience because the connection was too weak. However, we didn't mention it to the host because we were out most of the time we were there, and time flew by.

Constanze was wonderful to us. She was very understanding about arriving a bit later than planned and accommodated our needs and left baked cupcakes for us on our arrival. She was easy to reach and very sweet, providing us with recommendations about places to see. The location is so beautiful, it's unreal. The chalet was spotless clean and we loved the kitchen. We were able to prepare all our meals as if we were at home. We had a truly nice experience at Airdeny Chalets.

WiFi router was mounted near front door (outside), so hardly any WiFi in the living area and one of the bedrooms opposite of the front door. Beds in two bedrooms were uncomfortable, mainly because the springs could be felt all the time during sleep. A topper would solve this issue. Main bed room had a topper, so that was fine.

Warm welcome from the host with freshly baked muffins. Very quite location and spacious outdoor room. Weather permitting, sitting outdoor was a joy. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms are spacious as well and bathrooms were fine.

Scenic views, warm welcome & spotlessly clean chalet. A great base from which to explore Taynuilt, Oban & the isles. Great selection of restaurant recommendations, walking maps & suggested places to visit on arrival with freshly baked muffins! Chalets are private, whilst ours wasn’t yet refurbished - it didn’t lack anything! The sounds of the birds each dawn & tawny owls calling at night were a delight!

I honestly can't fault Airdeny Chalets. The owners are absolutely wonderful. We arrived late and I didn't have any signal so couldn't call ahead. They called me to see if we were okay, and we arrived to find a lovely plate of home-cooked muffins waiting for us!, The location is stunningly beautiful, and the level of cleanliness superb. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone planning a trip to the highlands.

A mirror in the bedroom (near a plug socket) would have been useful for hair styling but not essential.

The chalet was beautifully clean with everything you need. The bath was wonderful and just what was needed after lovely long walks. Airdeny Chalets is in good spot for exploring the surrounding area. Hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Fantastic stay.

The beds were a bit uncomfy in our cabin.

The location and size were perfect for us, we have the chalets in total as a family and it worked really well. The chalets were clean and the furniture was generally comfortable. Especially great - we had 2 toddlers and there was very little I had to drag them away from, so pretty child-proof. The owner also brought over some amazing blueberry muffins!

The location was quiet. The house was spotlessly clean and there was great wifi and TV channels available. Shop was close enough and we were about 25 mins from Oban.

Only slight thing for us was the double bed was rather soft . Everything else was spot on. We loved it!

Beautiful scenic location, clean and fully equipped chalet. A great location to enjoy the wonderful wildlife that roam freely as well as close to Oban and other towns to explore. Constanze & Robert are very friendly, helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. A lovely touch on arrival was freshly baked blueberry muffins! We will definitely have to return!

No big grocery stores nearby. We drove to oban to get all supplies.

Very nice location, comfortable space. Perfect for barbecue. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay with family or friends. There is a beautiful garden nearby, about 5 minutes drive. We only found on our last day of stay. Staff were very welcoming.

Situated above Taynuilt . Lovely place to stay with plenty of deer, wildlife and nice gardens close by. Forest walks and beaches nearby also a great place to chill. Thanks to Constanze for the blueberry muffins.
