I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this guest house. The owner was friendly and worked hard to ensure my stay was as good as possible (being able to leave my luggage after checking out so I could enjoy my last day in Stratford was very helpful) Excellent cooked breakfast. Location is good, just a few minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre. I would definitely stay here again - and, as an animal lover, the two gorgeous resident cats were an added bonus!

I had a lovely ensuite room but the king size bed was actually two singles pushed together with a slight gap in the middle and two separate single duvets. As it was situated at the front there was a little bit of traffic noise, but generally ok and I had good nights' sleep.

Good selection at breakfast, comfy room, great location.

Single beds quite narrow, pre-filled cafétiere made for not so great coffee.

Location and has parking. The beds are very comfortable and the owners was helpful and chatty.

We were in room 6 their is a king size bed and 2 x 3’ singles too much furniture for the room size. There were only 2 of us staying and we found it difficult to move around each other also nowhere other than a bed to sit. If there were another 2 people in the room it would be a nightmare. Only 2 available sockets for everything, charging phone and iPad, husband’s hearing aids, table lamp, TV, kettle etc.

Monica the owner was welcoming and willing to let us have a key and drop our bags off even though it was only 11.00am. It was very clean and a gorgeous Victorian terraced house with a lot of original features.

The bathroom was across the landing, even so it didn’t really cause an issue.

Friendly and helpful host. Good sized room, comfortable bed. Nothing pretentious. House retains many of its original features.. Short walk to the theatre

Parking was challenging, having said that it was a bonus.
