A lovely quiet and private setting. The house was well equipped and comfortable. Hot tub was a nice bonus for a relaxing couple of hours.

No A/C in annexe (but we were aware of that) in the hot weather, but was provided a robust fan to help cool bedroom down. Some areas of the annexe were starting to feel a little worn, but really didn't detract from a great stay

The very quiet location, the views and the HOT TUB. The annexe is attached to the main house but very private and peaceful and the host was helpful and friendly. The hot tub was fully covered which was a big plus in the very hot sun. We would definitely go back again !

The location was great, the hot tub was brilliant with superb views...the accommodation was 1st class, very comfortable & spotless, a nice touch with milk and biscuits etc being left for us - perfect with a cuppa at end of day. Richard our host wasn't there - (he had told us prior to this) when we arrived, but he came to see us later ...I would recommend this lovely accomodation to everyone. We had breakfast at the local golf club the morning we left, which was really nice.

We loved the location, we loved soaking in the hot tub whilst the sun was setting and how homely and welcoming the hosts made us feel from the second we arrived, they made sure they showed us everything we needed to know about the place and even took the time to give us more information about the places we wanted to visit, providing us with maps and advice on where to park at busy times.

Hot tub was a little dirty, hair and fluff floating around when we turned on the jets. No spare batteries.

Very private and relaxing. Bed was comfy. Towels were provided. Free parking. Milk, tea, coffee and sugar provided.

We enjoyed our stay in this cosy accommodation. We had every basic thing that we needed, and we appreciated the cookie surprise! The hot tub was an amazing experience with a beautiful view. We marathoned Harry Potter whilst we were having a cup of hot chocolate and enjoying the heat of the electric fireplace. The place was perfect for a peaceful and cosy getaway!

Didn't realise it was attached to / behind a main house (my fault, probably didn't read it right) Takeaway was a little tricky directing them and waiting for them outside. The houses don't have numbers so they struggled. The conservatory room was very cold and took a while to heat, couldn't sit too long in there. (granted it's January) but still a nice room to enjoy.

Cosy, easy to heat up with the electric fire. Kitchen fully equipped, also had tea coffee and sugar. Milk too! Hot tub and free use of robes and towels. Smart TV easy to use and connect. Free WiFi. Pamphlets and information about the area. Not a long drive to other towns and the beach areas.

We went in August so it was very warm especially in the bedroom as it was lovely but very small . However everything else was amazing so I wouldn't let that put me off going again .

Nothing, it was great.

Such a peaceful weekend, Ty Bach is a great little home away from home. The hot tub was great after a long day of driving and exploring. Richard was a lovely host, even bringing our chippy food round when the delivery driver didn't call. Perfect views all around. The local shop/post office was only a three minute walk away and the staff are really friendly in there. Would definitely recommend.

This place is a 5* rating all day long, Nestled in a little village with access to all areas of north wales with conwy 10 minutes away and Llandudno 20 minutes away. The stay was amazing from start to finish, A lovely little place that is perfect for couples wanting to relax and unwind. There is everything that is needed at the accommodation and more and the bed was super comfortable with the hot tub been that finishing touch. Richard was a first class host who greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property and where everything was throughout and how to use certain things including the hot tub. We will definitely be back and thanks again Richard the place is a credit to you 5* Thanks again Steve & Nikki
