We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOne of the bar staff didn't seem to like it when she poured half my pint then had to change the keg. When she came back she continued to pour the same pint. I asked her to pull me a clean one from the new keg. Her answer was that they don't do that there. Sorry but if a customer wants a fresh one they get a fresh one

Location can’t be beaten. Could see the Cutty Sark’s masts from our room.

United KingdomWe knew there would be scaffolding and that wasn’t a problem. However on the first morning we were wakened by a very loud and long conversation between two workmen on scaffolding, right outside our bedroom window. We felt we couldn’t open the window or the blind in very hot weather, while we were getting ready for our day because there was no privacy. This is the only reason I haven’t awarded the top star rating for this accommodation.
It was as described, really clean and in a central, lively location. We only had one interaction with the staff which was excellent - very clear and informative regarding keys, which doors to use and checkout procedure. To us, it was more like a pub with rooms to rent rather than a hotel, but we already suspected this from the photos and were happy to book under that understanding. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and well stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits and toiletries. We were also able to avail of early check in which was great. (We didn’t try the food. )

United KingdomThere were several flights of stairs, which would be a problem for anyone with limited mobility, given the lack of lift. There was no hairdryer, and the room was small. The slanted ceiling on one side of the bed would be difficult for a tall person.
The room was fairly quiet, given the busy location of the pub with Greenwich Market on one side and a busy road on the other. The bed was comfortable, and the ensuite shower very good.

Our room was on the top floor which was a lot of steps would be tricky with lots of luggage! No AC but fans in the room. Great location for Greenwich close to DLR, boat and bus stops. United KingdomHaving been to similar establishments to elevate my rating to 9/10, our top floor room being compact could have benefited from a small chair or bench behind the door to bathroom to place clothes/items for person sleeping by the window. For a quick excess I would have stumbled on my person items placed on the floor. The 10/10 for me would been a small jug of fresh milk for tea/coffee.
Location. Access to the Pub. Room was compact but worked for us for 1 night possibly 2 nights would been okay too. Appreciated a cooler fan was in the room as 28-30° during stay.

United KingdomIt is an old building so steep stairs to the rooms and aircon would be nice as it was very humid this weekend.
There is no breakfast option but that was ok for us. We were attending an event at the O2 so great location and then perfect for enjoying Greenwich.
