The hover could do with a good clean we like to tidy up before we leave but hover wasn't working very well as was clogged up

Not knowing we needed passes to enter entertainment area and we had no heating or gas Saturday morning so it was freezing and as we had five adults needing showers for an event we were attending this was very inconvenient .This took over 1hr to resolve. Very disappointing as this should have been checked before our arrival

Loved the comfy beds, lots of seating, caravan-size fridge-freezer, well-equipped kitchen, 5 minute walk and you're on the beach, view of the field and trees and horses (caravan is right on the edge of the park, not sandwiched between other caravans), . Beach is great - sand, shells, rocks. 30 minutes into Edinburgh City.

Everything. Firstly, there were old dog poo bags and cigarette butts outside this caravan. The airfryer, coffee machine, and plates/cooking equipment hadn't been cleaned. The property smelt very bad, particularly in the main bedroom and small toilet. The single beds were horrendously uncomfortable. The double bed had hair on and the pillows had make up stains on. Some of the pillows were also unhygienic teddy fleece pillows - a breeding ground for germs. There was dust, hair and mould in the main bathroom. The wifi at this property DOES NOT WORK. The host pretends not to know this. We had to travel to cafes and restaurants to get wifi. I have photo evidence of everything noted above.

The caravan had all the conveniences we required and more. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

No WiFi. No clean bed sheet. No proper heating

There was no WiFi. The message was told its in the main building. There was no main building except a shopping centre which had no WiFi. The bedsheets were not cleaned. The heating remained off in the night. The mattress were small and not comfortable. They caused backache.

It was all great, well maintained and cared for.

Fabulous stay, very well equipped and beautiful location. Ideal for beach walks and easy access to all the attractions in Edinburgh.

There was nothing not to like.

Another fantastic stay at the caravan. Our 2nd stay this year. Lovely caravan with lots of lovely homely touches. Central heating is a bonus aswell especially on the colder Autumn days. Looking forward to staying again sometime in the near future.

The caravan was so lovely, spacious and very clean. The beds were the most comfiest beds we have ever experienced in a caravan. There were lots of thoughtful little touches, board games, game console, towels, hair dryer etc. The location of the caravan was also beautiful as it is facing a paddock with horses which was lovely to open the door to every morning. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be looking forward to booking again in the near future.

Very clean and well-equipped facilities and amazing customer service. Lovely location too with a walking distance to the sea :).

We did not use many of the amenities and we could not figure out how to access the pools because guest services were only open from 9 am to 5 pm.

The community was super cool and there seemed to be a lot to do. We spent most of our time in the city, but the buses were super accessable from our space. The mini mart was really helpful to have on the premises and let us get some stuff for dinner.

Wifi wasn't great, the DVDs didn't work and Netflix didn't work.
