We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

UkraineThe room is very small and there was no fresh air at all. The windows were open for ventilation but it didn't help. I don't know why, but it's a problem with the room, maybe other rooms too (?).We turned on the fan but it was hard to sleep with it.
The staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything. The room was clean, the breakfast was great. The hotel has vegan options and a charming man who served breakfast and amazed my daughter with magic.

SloveniaAn excellent hotel, a perfect stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and approachable, the rooms stylish and very comfortable, and the breakfast excellent. There was even a welcome note from the manager on arrival. The location, about 10 minutes' walk from the railway station and a couple into Abergavenny centre, can't be bettered. The bar was a lovely place for a drink. There's no restaurant, but you don't need one: sister hotel The Angel, in the centre, is the best place to eat in town. We will definitely return.

United KingdomIt was a very hot weekend 31 degrees! and although we didn't have air-conditioning in our room we had a fan, but also a very thick winter dovet I would have liked the option of just a sheet. Breakfast was good and kept well topped up, couple of small things are tomatoes available with breakfast would be very welcome and salt and pepper on tables, staff were very attentive and welcoming.
The hotel let us check in early and leave our bags there, lovely young girl was there on time and when we got back late the bag was in the room.
