Regarding your comments about the restaurant, I would like to provide some context. While we understand it may have appeared that tables were available, availability is determined by several operational factors including kitchen capacity and prior reservations. As the Hotel Manager, I was fully aware of our stock levels and staffing that evening, and I can confirm that we were at capacity at the time of your request. We also note that guests are advised a number of times prior to arrival, including through confirmation emails and our welcome information, to book the restaurant in advance to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately, we did not receive a booking from you prior to your arrival. While we appreciate your feedback, we do wish to clarify that we are not in the business of turning guests away without cause, and it is always our intention to accommodate all guests wherever possible. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future under more favourable circumstances.
