Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Greeted by friendly staff, given information on facilities. Hotel smelt nice upon first impression. Room adequate, found long black hair in bathroom and in sink. Otherwise clean. Breakfast good with hot drinks, toast, yogurt, bakery, cold meats and cheese. Parking limited out front however limited parking around rear of address also available. No fuss. Good for price and after a stressful morning I was pleased to be met by a friendly face - thank you.

United KingdomI and another couple were early by 30 mins and Had to wait outside after multiple attempts to ring the doorbell but eventually got in. It was nice weather outside anyway so topped my tan up 😄
The location of the hotel was close to the areas I wanted. My double bed was comfy and the room was really clean with my own shower and loo. Bath towels were plush and felt so soft. The breakfast area was nice with a selection on continental foods. Also there was onsite parking which was a must for me. The lady owner was really nice to talk to and knowledgeable about the area.
