It was dirty. I had to ask for a broom to sweep the room. The bathroom was dirty, I didn't expect that.

Check in and out was great. I came before check in time just to drop off my bag, but the host said the room was ready and that I could check in immediately.

Room was nice but when i asked for fan as it was so hot i was told they dont give out fans.

Place was nice especially the parking.Cleanliness side on walls and mirrors need to improve.but was fine for money.I wouldn't stay there for many long days.

The suite was in an extremely good location, close to the train station and bus stops. The room was spacious enough and had an ensuite bathroom, which was a benefit. The house seems to be on maintenance, although the room was freshly cleaned before our entry. Last night was a bit noisy due to the new guest. The mattress was old, and could be replaced with the new ones. The host was understanding and helpful. For the price it was a good short stay 😃

Seem to be half way through renovating the whole building. Half finished staircases, roughly finished handrails, bedroom walls had handprints / mud on them. Bedroom door lacks internal deadbolt which is important on key code doors as you don't know who has the code. Mattress *extremely* soft/ saggy. Pillows extremely old. Duvet looked like had been washed a thousand times. Motion sensitive lights are far too short, often plunged into darkness while trying to shower.

Cheapest place in south London that isn't a hostel. So can't complain that much, for the price it's passable. Floor and bed were clean. Door locks all state of the art, but everything else is falling apart.

Non friendly people in the house. Very very very dirty. Light is motion sensor in the bathroom so would turn off while you’re in the shower. No clean towels or toilet paper offered even though I stayed for a week.

Gets the job done but a lot of cons. The property has a lot of potential!!

The room was not as shown in the advert - which in retrospect is unsurprising since it was the box room in the house. Lack of carpet meant comings and goings were generally noisy. People did not observe quiet as instructed. More pillows please - they can't be that expensive, also the one provided didn't have a slip on it. One plug socket was unusable because the long-pin of one of them had a broken stub blocking it, so I couldn't plug in the lamp.

Getting in and out with codes was easy. The bathroom was in decent condition and the shower unit is good. Bed was comfy enough. Plenty of shelf space for your stuff.

They didn't have white towels or bedding. No TV in room we stayed in. Only two pillows. The layout of bathroom as sink too close to shower door therefore not enough space to move from shower without literally having to brush against sink

Service was quick, responsive and very helpful. Location was what you would expect for the price, but there wasn't anything noteworthy except the amount of trash scattered around the neighbourhood, though that's really not the hotels fault.

I struggled throughout to master the opening of the room. I had to leave my my room open to save me the trouble. I think an easier means of accessing rooms can reduce the stress

Location is excellent as it is close to train station and bus stops and there are handfuls of shops and other amenities locally. I am glad to have had access to the kitchen. I travelled with my son who is on selected diet and I was able to cook some of his meals in the kitchen
