The location is super. We had a street facing room which was noisy because of street ruckus outside and the hotel staff were very gracious in changing our room to a quieter one. Very good.

The msk hotel is in an excellent location being close to the baker st tube line and marlybone train station. It was perfect for our visit to Wembley for a concert. The check in was quick and easy. Unfortunately our room 204 was right next to some scaffolding which was being used for renovations next door and we were woken early by loud noise and drilling. The room however was clean and everything you need is supplied, kettle, tea, coffee, ironing board and hairdryer. Unfortunately we found the bed uncomfortable and just a tip for the cleaners. Please clean the vents for the Aircon. They were thick with dust. Apart from that I'd recommend the msk for its location.

It was fine, staff were pleasant and very polite. But even taking the location into consideration, the rooms were very expensive.

We got the room practically in the basement. Ok, we had a window but when we entered the room we could feel humidity. And every time when window was closed it wasn't pleasant. Especially, when you have respiratory problems such as asthma. Also, cleaners are too loud. I understand that they have to clean but they were talking loudly, first morning we were waken up by a vacuum cleaner outside our door even though there are no other rooms in that part of the building, only staff room. What they were doing there who knows. It was around 10am, but still... Before that we were awakened up by some works, some drill.. I think from neighbouring building... some renovations.

Location is very good. Small kitchen in the room is good option. Coffee and tea in the room, nice welcome. Size of the room is good.

Perfect for a one night stay. The person in the reception was very helpful. Room was clean. No noise from the outside. Area was safe at night when we returned.

Our room was on the street side and we could hear the traffic noises even when the window was closed, the water pressure in the shower could have been better, and it would be nice to have more shelves in the room.

The bathroom was a bit dated, with chipped tiling and an old shower, but it did the job for one night.

The staff were lovely and there was a lift available for luggage, we stayed on the 3rd floor and it oversaw a beautiful Gloucester St. The room wasn’t too hot even though it was middle of summer and the facilities were standard.

The property is very well located and the staff is very friendly and ready to help with any query. The first night our room was the last one available and it wasn’t great (no view). The receptionist spontaneously offered to move us to a better room the next day. The connection to the tube (Baker street) is great to access all central London.

The shower tray was uneven like it had a lump in the middle which is lethal when wet. I slipped but luckily didn’t hurt myself but could be dangerous.

It’s lots of stairs so make sure you don’t mind that as the lift can only fit in one person at a time

Couldn’t fault the location, the staff were lovely and the room was massive especially for being 5 mins walk from Oxford street. Lovely air con as well! Will stay again 100%
