It was too small really for 3 adults. Tiny bathroom with door that wouldn’t close. No air conditioning and too noisy to leave windows open so not great sleep.

Reasonable little flat. Rest of the rooms seem to be residential. Location is ok for tube or 25min walk to West End/Trafalgar square.

The flat is superbly located very close to St. Pancras station and espcially King's Cross which makes commuting in every direction very easy and smooth. The flat is small but very well organised and with all comforts. It was also very clean. We experienced an issue with interruption of water on day 2 but the hosts ensured that we could use bathroom facilities into their other property.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and in a good location. The double bed was very comfortable and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Tea, coffee etc was provided also biscuits, juice and breakfast pastries. We'd definitely stay here again, the area and block of flats felt very safe.

The bed for the third adult was a fold up bed and whilst it wasn't uncomfortable it moved and creaked every time the guest moved in bed. I had expected a full single bed. There was no hand towel provided, which meant using the only other towels provided for hand washing, the towels were also quite small. Despite double glazing and the apartment facing the rear of the building it was still quite noisy, voices, machinery and alarms throughout the night.

Communication with the owners before hand was good. Check in was straightforward and staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. They have a small shop for snacks and breakfast items and offer a breakfast basket for £7 per person. The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The apartment was clean and has a well equipped kitchen with fridge, dish washer, hob, microwave and complimentary tea, coffee making items and snacks basket. The double bed was comfortable the room was warm and had a window which could be opened for ventilation, which is not always the case in hotels. Toiletries and a towel each were provided. Free WiFi and flat screen TV and plentiful sockets and plugs.

Helpful welcome from the nearby hotel which administered the keys and a secure left luggage facility. It was nice to have welcoming tea and coffee sachets. as well as croissants. Very clean! The Kingsize bed was appreciated.

Great location, literally 5 minute walk from King’s Cross station. Perfect size for 3 people and great if staying longer than 1 night as had kitchen, dishwasher etc. very clean facilities.

The second bed, in the kitchen is not comfortable. If this was convenient for an adult, I would score a 9,5.

The apartment is a bit of a walking distance from where you need to check in, so if you have luggage and come from a long flight, or if it is raining. it can be awkward. The room is not available to check in until 4pm which means a bit of waiting around without any real area to wait at the hotel. It's a minor thing but something to be aware of if you are travelling with others.

The apartment was well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff at the Alhambra Hotel which is where you need to check in. You can leave bags at the hotel until room is ready or upon departure.

Picking up the keys was a bit of a pain, especially as we didn't receive instructions so went to the property as advised in the booking.

Minor grumbles only! It needs a few more ordinary glasses (only 3) and the oven settings had us confused - it worked but took some head scratching! The quilt was a bit thin for winter but there was a spare blanket. It was very cold in London during our stay but the flat was nice & warm; the blinds on the windows were good but maybe some curtains would limit heat loss (there must be some as they are big windows). None of these are big issues at all, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, very clean, comfortable flat, clear explanations on where to get keys from (and they gave us 2 sets which was much appreciated), plenty of storage space, quality fittings, great powerful shower, easy access to tube at Euston and Kings X. It was cleaned once during our stay. We even got to meet Bruno the manager! It is clear that a lot of care is taken over this flat. Would love to stay there again on our next trip to London.

It appears to be in a converted office building and reminded me of a university halls of residence. Long characterless corridors but otherwise can't fault it.

Great location for easy access to Kings Cross/ St. Pancreas. The room was clean and well-equipped. Would be perfect for staying in London for a week. Great price for London (which has become ridiculously expensive).

The two small improvements I would suggest are to include a mat in the shower (it’s very slippery), and provide info about picking up keys at a property several blocks away from the apartment. Those two details aside, we had a great stay. Thanks!

Had to rely on 2 fans (supplied) to help keep us cool. Perhaps to be expected - the temperatures were so high. But I sure missed air-con and as a consequence slept very poorly.

Seemed like a new apartment - all facilities (except air-conditioning which was sadly lacking as temperatures in London hit the late 20's).
