It says online that parking spaces are available. That is not correct. I paid 50€ for 1 day and a couple of ours for parking on the side of the street!!!

Location was great. Nice walk into the city.

Street parking is listed and charges apply monday-friday so if you are staying over the weekend it’s good however paying in the week is £4.35 an hour which might be good to include somewhere in the booking details beforehand. Quite expensive, however we did come during the Fringe and in august so we’re aware prices might of been higher due to this.

Really close to centre and good transport links. Lovely old building with classic features. Really nice staff.

I didn't like the price which had doubled just because various events were on as it wasn't worth the price we paid.

The room was small but adequate for one night.

The house was a short walk from the bus stop, and we had a warm welcome from reception staff. Our room was very clean with a comfortable bed, though quite compact. It was to the rear of the property, so quiet, which was lovely on a city break.

The only downside was that our room was cleaned without our permission while we were out, which wasn’t ideal as our personal belongings were inside. It would have been better to be asked or notified in advance.

We stayed here as a family of three and really liked the location — it was convenient and close to everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely done, which made for a pleasant stay. One thing to note is that the apartment is up two flights of stairs, which was a bit challenging — but the staff were kind enough to help us with our luggage, which we really appreciated.

Very expensive for size of the room.

Location is great, so close to restaurants, cafes, the Leith Walk, public transport, only 10 min from Edinburgh train station. Hotel decor very nice, fresh, clean. Room had good amenities but very, very small. Breakfast offered had lots of options. Staff were very friendly, professional.

The windows did not properly seal so it was rather drafty. We still enjoyed our stay as it was a quite warm week. We were charged 5 pounds for the luggage storage after check-out...

The hotel is right next to the tram that takes you to the airport and the city centre. Our room on the top floor had a private bathroom and was very cosy.

Was charged £10 for late check in (1am) - so really should not be advertised as 24 hr front desk. Someone mentioned key boxes, and my key was actually in the key box, but no code had been given. It would be better to give guests this code to avoid troubling the staff member to be available, as per some other accommodation locally.

Room as per recent pictures, spotlessly clean. Great value for money compared to other accommodation in this area (I’ve stayed in a few over the last 6 months and would not go back to some), close to tram stop.

If you want to leave your luggage, you might have to pay an extra fee. Besides, everything is nice.

The accommodation is likely to have gone through renovation recently, so the facility is good and new, the room is very spacious and offers everything that you need for a short stay. The area is quiet, safe, and convenient to get on any kinds of transportation. There are also some convenience stores nearby.

There was nothing I didn’t like about it, the external bathroom was just an adjustment but it was perfect for us.

It was such a cute little quiet place to stay but with a great location close to the tram and walkable into the city. We had the room with external bathroom and while it was different than other places we have stayed, it was perfect and so comfortable!

It was a bit noisy, our room was at the top of the stairs facing the lobby and enterance, so we heard all of the comings and goings.

Friendly staff and easy check-in. The location is great, just off Leith Walk and a tram stop nearby, so easy access to the airport.
