Parking was a little tight for the amount of guests but we did get a space. Walk into town and keep your parking space.

The hotel is lovely, the breakfast room is relaxing. The quality of the breakfast was fantastic. I was in a standard double room which was a lovely size with a very clean spacious bathroom. The hotel is perfect distance from the town center and all tourists sites. Would defiantly return. Although to note if you choose to walk

We stopped for one night during our honeymoon and had a pleasant stay. Our room was comfortable and well presented, and the staff were welcoming. The breakfast was very tasty with a wide range of food options.

The traffic noise in the morning can be disturbing if you are a light sleeper and leave windows open

Loved this beautiful home. We had booked three rooms for our friend’s 50th The staff was so gracious and helped put decorative accents and added bubbly to the room. The breakfast is excellent and plenty of choices. A short taxi ride from train station and 15-20 mins walk to center of the city. Wished we could have stayed longer

The bathroom could use some bath towel hooks as well as anti slip shower/ bathtub mats. Sweet options on the breakfast menu, e.g., waffles might be an interesting add-on.

Absolutely fabulous room and guest house! We loved our spacious and nicely furnished room as well as the breakfast. Lovely and very accommodating staff. Car park area very busy, but manageable.

There was a continuous sound of pipes or something during our first night so we struggled to fall asleep. However, no issues for the rest of our stay

We personally don't like rain showers and there was no hand attachment. Our other pet hate is being referred to as "Guys", we find it over familiar and demeaning when addressed to a woman who is of senior age.

The paintwork in the bedroom needed a refresh. Our toilet seat did not fit the toilet hence wasn’t very comfortable. The sound proofing could be better. On holiday we don’t expect to be woken at 06.30! We would stay again regardless.

We received a very friendly welcome and were given all instructions etc on arrival. The room was very clean. The towels were spotless and nice and big. The shower was really nice. Great pressure and temperature. The bedding was very clean and the bed very comfy. The air con was brilliant and much needed for our break. Breakfast was excellent. The produce was of a very high quality. Lovely hot plates, we love this. The breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast room was lovely, bright, airy and relaxing.

We booked a 'cozy' room. The room had ample space, a lovely bathroom and a great view! Breakfast was superb in every way from the freshly squeezed orange juice to the first class English breakfast.

Parking is difficult, you'll want to move with haste when a spot opens up.

Absolutely beautiful stay for myself and my partner. The room was exquisite! The bedroom is fitted with a wet room, jacuzzi/spa bath included. The air-conditioning was a great addition. With only a short walk to the centre of bath the location couldn't have been better.

When we arrived, the room looked drab with a shabby bedthrow and a faded ripped cushion as our first impression. This was a shame because the bedlinen underneath was beautiful, crisp, and spotless.. We felt our small room was expensive at £190 but the breakfast and parking made the price point more understandable, as did the customer service.

No toaster at breakfast. Could do with better coffee, in the rooms and at breakfast. No restaurant or snacks after breakfast is over. That hill... Walking back up the hill from the city centre was a trek. No restaurants within close walking distance, so have to make arrangements to go down to the city centre for meals, no short of options once you're in the centre.

Comfortable and spacious bedroom. Really friendly staff. Great options for breakfast. Despite being in the front room facing the entrance, quiet past 10-11pm. Short, and scenic, walk to Alexandra Park with beautiful views.

Loves everything about it

Everything about this property had the wow factor. The staff were all lovely, the property itself was fabulous and so well presented. Comfy beds and fabulous shower Breakfast was wonderful It is difficult finding places with parking so this was a bonus having spaces outside. It is located at the top of a hill so if you have mobility issues maybe not the best place for you although there are buses that run up and down the hill We chose to walk, it’s only a wee 10 minute walk into Bath city centre

The number of parking spaces is less than the rooms. We returned at midnight and all the parking were full. We had to park in front of one of the car and put a note.

A few let downs in the bathroom but all can be rectified. If you ordered/bought anything extra, it had to be paid for there and then, it couldn't be added to the room. A room fridge would have been great!

Great location, a 15/20mins walk into the city (beware, it's uphill on the way back!). Beautifully furnished building and rooms. Car park and air conditioning.

The uphill walk from Bath, but the downhill walk TO Bath makes up for it.

Great location in walking distance to Bath (20 minutes) with on-site parking. Also close to shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Comfortable public areas, both outdoors and indoors. Great cold buffet and hot a la carte options for breakfast. Room was comfortable, clean and air conditioned. Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast selection which was served very quickly. Would definitely recommend for a short stay. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the centre but was not an issue even if the return was uphill and a good way to build up an appetite and then walk off some of the eating!
