The cottage was spotlessly clean comfortable and equipped with everything you need for your stay.Beds were comfortable and the bed linen was good quality.the views were amazing.friendly pubs only few minutes away also close to Llandudno town.would definitely stay again

As other reviews the drive is very steep and tight our cars really low so we just parked up the road which wasn't a problem

The cottage is absolutely perfect we arrived and keys were in a lock box . The cottage was in a lovely location. It was spotlessly clean and had everything needed .it's lovely and cosy .it has a little seating area outside to enjoy the views .There's 2 pubs 5 minutes walk away . It's in a quiet area. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely make it a regular place to stay . Host was excellent communicating before our visit .

The only downside is the narrow steep drive to the parking space. However, it is so good to be able to park right next to the property. The handrail up the stairs doesn't go all the way to the top of the stairs. I was travelling with my elderly mother, so a handrail to the top would have been an advantage but not a major issue. I would happily stay here again.

The views and location are wonderful. There is plenty of space in the property. Beds and furnishings are lovely and comfortable. We had a very small issue that isn't worth mentioning as the hosts sorted it out straight away. Wonderful service.

As honestly stated by the owner, getting to the parking space is very tight and you definitely need to reverse in. Even the road leading up to the street is very tight. Not to put people off, just something to be aware of before driving to the cottage.

We didn’t use the drive as it was so steep but parked up the road instead as suggested by the owner, which was no problem. One of our party was elderly and not good on his legs and struggled to get up and down the slope so we hired a scooter from a local chap which solved the problem.

Beautiful views from the cottage. Very well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Comfy beds and hotel quality bedding. Everything catered for to make our stay comfortable. Lots of extra little touches. Wonderful balcony sun area overlooking the views of the Orme and the sea. Fiona made sure we had everything we needed.

Having to reverse down a bank to park was hard at the beginning but after practice I was fine. Not a problem if your a confident driver xx

Gorgeous views with a terrace at the front. Open plan living downstairs. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly hosts. We loved the walk in to Llandudno and also that there were several good pubs nearby.

Parking at the top was difficult and the car had to be left at the bottom of a steep hill once unloaded and then reloaded. We are competent drivers who live on the Pennine hills but the dog leg angle to reverse the standard size car down the slope was too tight for us because of the telegraph pole. Fortunately it was fine and we are fit so to and from the car wasnt so too much of an issue for us.

The cottage has absolutely everything you need for your stay and is a home from home! It’s our second time staying here as the location is perfect for us, we have family who live 5 minutes away so it’s great!
