“stayed here from 25–30 August 2025. Unfortunately, the experience was not as expected. The bathroom had mould and the overall quality was poor compared to the price I paid.
What made this worse is that, before check-in, I noticed the same room and dates available on Booking.com for a much lower price under the same conditions. Despite raising this through Booking.com’s “Price Match Guarantee,” my request was delayed and eventually dismissed unfairly.
Overall, the hotel felt overpriced and disappointing, and Booking.com did not provide the customer service I expected.”
