“The property is packed full of books of all sorts and games for family fun. The kitchen is very well stocked with equipment so if you feel like baking bread or cooking up a storm you can. There are plenty of spices and cooking condiments like oil and vinegar, and sauces eg hp or chili sauce but check the dates as we noticed one or two are well past the use by date. We had brought our own breakfast things so did not make use of the cereals we found there. The location is handy for travelling all around the island. If you want to visit the Cultoon stone circle make sure you have suitable footwear to cope with the boggy nature of the field you need to cross to access it. The cottage is directly across the road from a fuel pump and post office/shop. Two hotels nearby provide lunch and dinner options, though booking for these is recommended if you are visiting in peak season.”

How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
