“The property was really beautiful - so well put together & we could tell that a lot of thought was put behind every little detail. The facilities were very modern yet it felt really cozy. It was also extremely clean. The hosts were very responsive and kind - they had left a freshly baked bread for us, which absolutely made our day! The location is also amazing - Kirkby Stephen has so much to offer, with loads of small shops, bakeries and beautiful walks into the Dales.”

“From the second we walked in we were greeted with a friendly hello and were booked in straight away with the owner helping to carry luggage up to our room. It was a great location for a family wedding we were attending, we did not eat there in the evening but the breakfast was cooked fresh and was hot and tasty. Lovely friendly staff and nothing was to much trouble,would definitely stay there again”

“The property is in a rural location, right at the end of a rural track, it’s wonderfully quiet and surrounded by pretty views and walks. Angela was friendly and breakfast was great. For evening meals we walked to the Black Swan (there is also the Kings Head but they were very busy) and the food there was excellent, you need a torch for the walk home ;) The photo was the view from our room.”
