    “The hotel was very well presented, grounds were clean and landscaped and car park was easy to access. Reception area was very welcoming and clean. Staff were very friendly helpful and gave us a warm welcome. Check in was simple and straightforward and facilities were well explained to us. The room was lovely and clean with additional extras for tea/coffee and biscuits provided. Bed was comfy and room was a good size. Bathroom was great, good size and provided with toiletries and towels. We loved the bar area and bar staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. Dinner was incredible, the food was delicious and the menu was ideal for catering for vegetarians also. Staff again were excellent. The location was fabulous with great views of the loch! Easy access to the centre of Inverary just a short walk. Spa facilities looked lovely despite us not using them.”
