This time I was in a spacious room in the annex, and it was clean and comfortable as always. Extremely well situated for the AD 122 bus service for various stopping points on the Wall”

    “We stayed in this little apartment attached to the pub. In spite of it being next door and very busy during service, the room was quiet. The bed was comfy, and the rest of the apartment nice. Food in the pub was good. It was a good location for walking Hadrian's Wall, just a mile off, and easy walk mostly downhill to get there.”

    “The location was ideal for the nature of our trip. The cottage had everything we needed and more. Hot tub spot on. Big beds. Clean. Four gorgeous Jack Russells were there to greet us, wished they could've stayed in the cottage with us TBH. The place is spot on and hoping to go back with my partner sometime as she'd love it.”
