  “Cost was very attractive - for a studio - vs a hotel room. Location was great for our purpose. On street parking easy. Booking and access was easy. No fuss, no drama. Kitchenette was well equipped - fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle - plus crockery & cutlery for 2. There was space to move the double bed away from the wall for an aisle either side.”

  “The location was great, clean property and a very gracious host This was booked very last minute and host was very accommodating and understanding, I will definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in Essex”

  “Booked last minute, great stay. Clean lovely 3 bed, that doubled as 4 bed house as the extension behind has ample space for 9 of us. We were in the area for a family function, perfect for what we wanted. We were able to park 5 cars as well which came handy without fear of tickets . Well decorated house. Host was helpful as they stayed up late to help with check in.”

  “The property was easy to locate, thankfully. And there was enough space to accomodate my family. Beddings were good, the kitchen was complete, we didn't need to bring extra utensil,and the place was secure. I’ll be coming back again.”
