“Brilliant place to stay close to railway. 4 mins walk. Was in Edinburgh for the day and hotels there were extremely expensive. This is across the water. Got a train took 39 minutes. Would take longer in a car. Was well worth it. Booked a 2nd night”

“The welcome to this large old building was lovely, very easy and the room and bathroom large, bright, clean and comfortable and being on the edge of town was excellent. Plenty of plug sockets and charging points in all the right places.”

Super dinner serving freshly cooked, made to order food served by friendly, helpful staff. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast served by very attentive staff.”
