    “Due to heavier than anticipated traffic conditions, we arrived just over an hour later than the time we had booked for but there was absolutely no problem checking in. The reception staff were very efficient and friendly and we were in our room within a few minutes. A few hours after we had left the hotel, to attend a wedding reception, (around 10pm) we called the hotel to see if they had another room available (for a relative who hadn't originally planned on staying) and, fortunately, were able to secure another room. Arriving back at around 1.00am, we were again greeted by friendly reception staff and checked in smoothly.”
