Was noisy outside as it was hot we had to have window open. Not hotels fault as it is central location and there will be street noise from people early morning from workers. This should take away from hotel. Also no air con. It was exceptionally hot when we were there so maybe usually not a problem. A fan was provided which helped. Our room on 3rd floor so anyone with functional issues maybe not for you.

Location excellent. Staff Sheikh was really friendly and super helpful. Very clean and comfortable.

Very small and basic room. No air conditioning, only fan, the room is incredibly small, also the shower very small, hard even to turn there. For the colder days, probably water in the shower also seems to be cold.

I like the location, around a lot of shops and restaurants, quite area except for inner yard: there is a dog nearby that squeals in the morning and pigeons, that also wake you up in the morning. I was afraid that bed will be too small for 2 people - but it’s good size. I like that we have water and teapot. But you can’t use at the same time fan and teapot because of one plug ..

Room was clean, they change the towels every day and had good bed. It was pleasant stay. Locasion is really good for sightseeing, it is in the middle of really busy tourist zone, and yet it is quiet to sleep in the night.

The fan in the room wasn’t very strong but it was very hot over our stay, it was quite small but that was expected

I really liked the hotel and the charm and location however, the narrow staircase going up to the room was a bit tiresome. Also, there is no A/C in the room and we went in the summer and it was pretty warm which made the nights difficult.

Staff was very nice! Very centrally located. Close to many different metros had no problem traveling around Paris. The bed was very soft.

People with big luggage might struggle on the tiny stairs and lack of lift, wasn’t a problem for me with carry on luggage

Offers everything needed, very comfortable but is quite basic, plenty of storage. Toiletries are basic. Would have preferred a chair in the room to sit and relax, lots of space but only bed or a high stool to sit on. Would prefer a cup to a paper cup for hot drinks. Stairs are narrow and quite steep if you have any mobility issues.

Fabulous, friendly reception team, so lovely, could not have been nicer!! Clean, large room, comfortable bed, great location, Nice and fresh. Great power shower. Could leave bags on check out to collect later in day. Easy check in and out. Felt very safe and private.

I didn’t get confirmation that someone would be there to check us in when we were arriving late, until just before we arrived.

The staff member who met us was extremely helpful with our luggage and was very friendly.

A fridge would have been nice. It's advertised in the booking on booking.com and I chose the hotel based on that. Might be booking.coms fault, I don't know.

It is an ancient building, with a steep and rickety spiral staircase.

Fabulous area, lively with lots of good bars and restaurants. Notre Dame, Louvre, Palais-Royal and Beaubourg Centre were walkable. Very comfy bed, spotlessly clean.

The narrow stairs of this old building were not a problem for us but would be for people with mobility issues. Rooms are small but has everything you need

Stairs are very skinny, small and steep with some uneven risers. That's the only thing I didn't like.

Very clean, recently remodeled, nice big shower that you can move around in, and a large diameter shower head. People were very nice and helpful. Do not be scared of 1 star rating. It just means no elevator, no breakfast, no real lobby. Literally a few steps away from one of Paris' great pedestrian streets.

Nothing! Just be warned there are a lot of stairs up to the rooms.

The location was excellent, just off Rue Montorgueil which had beautiful shops, cafes & restaurants. It was a 15 minute walk to the Louvre. The room was comfortable & spacious. The bathroom was lovely, especially the shower. Staff were helpful & there were free refreshments / snacks in the reception. We had an excellent stay & would love to return in the future.

The stairs are quite narrow and steep which we managed without a problem but for someone with mobility problems might find this more challenging

We had a really good experience at this hotel, the location was perfect we could visit so many different areas in Paris on foot and there are a lot of restaurants and shops in the area. The room was clean and had everything necessary and the staff was always very friendly and helpful.
