The room was good, but we could clearly hear the ventilation outside the room (above the restaurant) in room 102. For a 5-star hotel this is unfortunately not really acceptable.

We really liked our room and the location of the hotel is optimal – you are directly at the shopping street, right next to the pine forest and the casino.

Just one problem there was no sink in the toilet in our room. So in the middle of the night if you had to use the facilities and you wanted to wash your hands, you had to navigate from one end of the room to the other to get to the bathroom.

The hotel infrastructure needs to be renovated. We had a prestige room, which in fact was a very ordinary size. Agree with previous comments regarding the complicated air conditioning system which does not provide relief when hot. The pool is way too small for a hotel of this size.

Proximity is superbe (close to restaurants, shopping, and beach); efficient housekeeping and concierge service; excellent breakfast (lots of varitey and super friendly staff). Enjoyed the historical setting.

I was visiting Le Touquet with my Mum. This hotel is in a great location just a short walk into the town. If you walked a bit further you reached the enormous beach. Comfortable bedroom with good shower. The in room shower gel/shampoo were wonderful quality. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A special mention to Theo who parked my car. The spa facilities featured a small indoor swimming pool. Our drinks on the terrace were very nice with delicious nibbles.

Some disappointments at breakfast. No muesli, cooked food looked unappetising.

We thought the room and bathroom were very well fitted out - seating, wardrobe, tea and coffee making, space to store things. I brought birthday flowers and staff immediately brought me a vase and scissors. Liked the daytime snacks available from the bar. Hotel location perfect for walking everywhere in the town.

I will return and recommend to others. :-) Some areas to improve - Petit VIP did not follow the timetable (it would have been nice to have made Mocktails and for the children to do the Chinese themed activities) - I couldn’t get a SPA reservation at all (but I understand I didn’t book in advance)

- Stunning and iconic building full of history. - 5 star service - Quiet and calm environment - Conference room was turned into a Ping Ping & Baby Foot room during the holidays which we appreciated (especially when it was raining outside) - Lovely drinks menu at the bar - Some very kind and attentive staff - Beautiful swimming pool - Petit VIP (the children loved it and wanted to return)

I think Breakfast was in a temporary function room, it was a little sanitary and the food spread out a lot, but quality great ( sorry but you french cant do baked beans !!!!! )

Everything , the staff on checking in 8 separate rooms were fast and efficient, Maxine also bought a professional but humourus side to the proceedings, excellent
