United KingdomI’ve tried to think of atleast one thing to make the review balanced but genuinely cannot think of anything that we didn’t like about the hotel.
The whole feel of the hotel was so modern, externally it was like a super luxury chalet, internally it was like a cosy luxury log cabin in the woods. The ski rental experience was better than I’ve ever had from any ski rental shop. The boys would always make sure our boots were fitting ok every morning and help locate our ski’s on the rack and at the front door every morning, unbelievable service from Climon* and the other lads. The spa was unbelievable, the outdoor deck overlooking the slopes was a special place to enjoy refreshments and a snack at the end of every skiing day. The breakfast on offer was a great selection and the top service continued inside the restaurant. The room was super comfortable and our balcony on floor 6 overlooked the black ski run which I would ski back in right to the sidewalk next to the hotel. The hotel also offered a luxury taxi that would take you anywhere you wanted to go at any time for free, even though the bus service is really efficient and stops right next to the hotel, the shuttle taxi was always ready and willing to drive us anywhere. I could go on about how good our experience was at this hotel but I’d run out of space. Thankyou for the great week!

United KingdomSteam room not hot enough for the whole week - it wasn’t clear what the issue was. We might have just been unlucky, but on our first evening we dined at the hotel’s restaurant. The wine was great but food was disappointing e.g. scallops not very fresh and overcooked, beef tartare was drenched in vinaigrette - we have not returned.
Modern hotel with nice decor. Great service - fab people at the ski shop. Excellent breakfast. Good vibes and entertainment by the bar area.

The ski shop team were very helpful with boots and having a ski shop in the hotel was very convenient. The indoor pool, sauna and steam room area is the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing. All the staff, particularly Valentine, were very attentive and helpful.

BelgiumYou can’t ski to the hotel (you have to walk a few meters). But this is only a minor inconvenience.
The hotel is very stylish and well laid out. The staff is extremely friendly and did everything to make us comfortable. As an example: I parked my electric car at the hotel (valet service) and they even charged my car without me asking. There is an excellent pool and sauna area in case you don’t want to ski or if you want to relax after skiing. The restaurant offers a great view of the slopes and mountains. The ski shop at the hotel was also very helpful and made it easy for us to pick the best rental equipment.

United KingdomAs above, nothing with the hotel just other thoughtless residents feeling its ok to leave used towels, uneaten food and drink around the pool when they are finished, rather than walking the 10 meters to return them!
Normally self cater, but booked VoulezVous for a change and wasn't disappointed. And first time in Le Lac as normally in Val Claret. Hotel is ideally located, just a short walk to the snow to board down to lifts. Our room was modern, cleaned daily and well equipped, apart from a lack of coat hooks and areas to hang up ski clothes to dry out. The restaurant was excellent (buffet breakfast especially) and great cocktails at the bar. Used the spa area most days, free saunas etc and for paid treatments both great, only issue was some residents approach in thinking its ok in not tidying up and leaving their used towels, provided drinks and food around the pool area when finished, didn't make the area that welcoming later in the evening. I'm not one for being fussed over by hotel staff but the friendliness, helpfulness and overall approach of all the staff, from the ski locker, to reception, bar and spa and at any time of the day was exceptional. Daniela on reception, Remy the valet (thanks for tips on off piste runs), breakfast dining room team and all in the ski locker staff are the stand outs for me. Had one issue regarding a mix up with a dining order, which Daniela quickly resolved when we checked out. So great holiday overall, thanks!
