The unit is on the 2nd floor. In Europe the main floor is 0. Balcony views of Mont Blanc are very nice.

United KingdomBit dirty-extractor seen dusts of decade. No extracrion above hob.few signs of previous users in the bathroom. Thin walls. No access to ski room as lock was either broken or been detached from door.
Great compact apartment ideal for a couple(2 bedrooms with double and 2 singles so more ppl possible). On a doorstep to highstreet and very well stocked up supermarket. Easy commute anywhere in the valley by bus transport links 4min walk and few local slopes.lift to brevent 10min walk or less. FABULOUS view on Aiguille du Midi from flats balcony and a lovely views of stars above it!!!! Has all amenities minus microwave. Highly recommended,would stay again.

United Stateson arrival, the primary bath with a tub needed the tub tiles cleaned. Further, the toilet bath no 2 needed to be fixed to stop the cycling. The frig freezer needed a major defrosting. Suggest the management team follow up after the cleaning crew and make sure items like this are addressed before the next rental or at least scheduled for fixing as soon as possible. There is no microwave. The guest guide needs to cover in detail how to use the oven, washing machine and dish washer.
great location - close to grocery store, main pedestrian street, tourist center, access to trains, and lifts the management staff responded quickly to our needs - also very helpful and friendly while we were in the unit, the above and adjoining units were quiet. We could see mount blanc from the balcony window.

GermanyThe parking is a bit tricky if you are not an experienced driver or have a big car. Water in the shower from the smaller bathroom drains out a bit slowly.
The location was absolutely perfect. Restaurants, market and mountain lifts were close by and at a walkable distance. Our host was super helpful and responded to my messages quite instantly. Would like to come back definitely.

United KingdomI could say that I didn’t really like the fact that there were no mirrors in any of the rooms except the bathrooms.
I liked that it was really spacious for me and my family. I liked the view from the balcony and how clean the bathrooms were. I enjoyed the wooden walls and wardrobes. Also, I found it perfect that the lamp and charging sockets were right to my bed which was really accessible and comfortable.

United KingdomThe description of the property was misleading. It has NOT been newly refurbished, it is very small and is not a place where you can relax for an evening. The free underground parking is not suitable for a large car, even though Chamonix Resort (who the property is managed by) said it would be. I had to reverse down to the small parking space which was completely impractical to do again, so we had no choice but to park our car in a local car park which cost 22 euros a day!! Chamonix Resort were poor on their knowledge of the property. In addition to their misleading description of the property they were not aware that there was a private ski/boot room for no 6 and in fact told me there wasn't one and we should keep our skis on the balcony. POOR! The apartment was not as clean as I would have liked. There was dirt on the floor around the sink unit in the en-suite and cobwebs in the corners of the lounge ceiling. We moved a chair and found rubbish underneath it. There were only 3 mugs and 3 large water glasses for a 4 bedroom apartment. I wanted to use a second pillow from the cupboard but it had no pillowcase. We wanted to amend our dates as Booking.com said we could do up to a month before we stayed but Chamonix Resort said we were not able to do so and we had to book for a whole week. There was no mention of this on the website so we had to pay an additional 600 euros for a day we weren't staying there. Our stay cost 5300 euros and we certainly did not get value for that price. Very disappointing.
Villa Valet is perfectly located. It is a short walk to the high street where there is a huge supermarket, ski hire shops, numerous clothing and gift shops and has a great variety of restaurants. It is also a short walk to the Brevent ski lift. If you want to ski nearby the bus and train service is excellent and again a short walk from the apartment.
